We had a large last load of items to purchase for the project we were working on and happened to be shopping up til the store closed. The staff was very friendly & kind. Our cashier Laura D. Was helpful with the Q's I had and also offered for us to pull our vehicle up to the doors to load our items. Also a young man with a beard(not sure of his name) helped us load our items. AWESOME team!!

Arrived knowing that I needed to connect a 1 1/2" pipe to a 3/4" hose over an 8" space. No idea whether it could even be done. Mike in plumbing at Plainwell store, took the time to put it together, gave me some good tips. Thank you Mike.

Maxine was super friendly, greeted us when we came in and assisted us with check out as well as just being a general pleasure to be around. I complimented her necklace and she told me where she got it- super nice feel good story about how she complimented a stranger on it at a local arbys and next time she went in there the guy behind the counter told her the lady had left it for her as a gift! She was super cute and not overly talkative, the story was short and sweet and when we asked about which bar code to scan on the window we were buying she was very enthusiastic about helping us right away. Other employees were very friendly as well in passing and you can tell this Home Depot has a really good and positive work culture

We shop at Plainwell Home Depot all the time. They are our go to store for all our projects. Always find what we need there. We have never had to look further.

The personable service is far above other stores. Tom was very helpful going as far as looking up the review status on the two refrigerators I was considering. He helped me make the best decision. He was friendly and went above and beyond.

The store itself is a pretty typical Home Depot set up. Seemed nicely stocked and clutter-free, but what really impressed me was the staff. Every single person I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable, and very professional.

You will always find the most helpful and knowledgeable employees at this store!

Several different associates helped me load some 4x8 sheets of OSB without me even asking for help. Another helped me create a Home Depot online account in the store so I could receive a military discount. Another custom cut some lumber for me and did it quickly and accurately.

Employees chatting with each other and had to be interrupted to get their help. Was told they aren't supposed to help with military discount. Changed their mind when I asked for manager.

Carpet purchase and installation went smoothly and the job was done well for both upstairs bedrooms and our built out basement.

My husband and i are re-doing out kitchen - cabinets, flooring and counter-top - and Jordan and her team have been VERY HELPFUL. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. Plainwell is the Home Depot store we will always shop at.
