The employee brought me directly to space heaters - while in the middle of cleaning up. He pointed out a more expensive brand that I would not have purchased, but the price was discounted due to it's limited stock. And it turned out to be perfect for the room I was heating... Great look.

Very helpful employees!

The store employees were very helpful in my search for the construction materials I needed for a big job. They knew the locations where everything was that I needed and even helped me load the carts with those materials, then assisted in helping me load the truck that I rented there for a very reasonable rental fee. I got the job done quickly thanks to their help.

THESE FOLKS ARE A GREAT TEAM. GO THERE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS IN STOCK. THE BUILDING IS CLEAN AND ORDERLY. THERE IS ALWAYS CARRIAGES AND CARTS NO MATTER WHERE YOU PARK. PERFECT WAY TO GET IN AND OUT QUICKLY

Bought a Fridge the delivery drivers cut my water line to the ice maker from my old fridge , telling my daughter it needed to be replaced after they broke it! then one of them blew his not and left the tissue on my glass top stove !!! The ice maker was broken and a second appointment was needed ! the drivers could not provide any information ? I called and there was an appointment set already but I was not notified ? the date did not work for me so I had to change it , was supposed to get a call the day before with a delivery window , never happened , called the next day and it the time was there again no call until the delivery driver was on his way. Same guys showed up and then refused to attach the new water line I had to put in , they were rude and yelled and used profanity to my daughter Paid for instillation had to do it myself ! Whatever happened to customer service , will never buy an appliance or anything that needs delivery from them again!

As always the Plymouth Home Depot store had exactly what I needed. I shop here often because they have what I need every time I am there. The staff is always very willing to help if needed and is always very friendly. I have two other stores near me but the Plymouth store is where I go because I am always satisfied.

This is the most organized Home Depot I've been in. The store is large, clean, and well-stocked. There are enough employees available to answer questions, and they escort you to the aisle you need. The cashiers were helpful without being slow. It's a pleasure to shop at this location.

I have always been treated well from all Home Depot Employees. They are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly during my visit. I have even had assistance from an employee helping me loading my vehicle with a heavy bulky item. Outstanding employees and always thank me for my service as a U.S. Veteran.

This store is always well staffed and for the most part the employees are very engaging with the customers. Always feel appreciated as a customer when shopping at this store.

Found it hard at times to locate a flat cart for wood and building material

It's not always about the store, it's the people and the teamwork that make the Plymouth store what it is. I'm always very satisfied with my visit and always get in and out quickly. The managers and all their people should all be commended for a job well done.

The employees where helpful and kind. Nathaniel was exceptional! He went out of his way to make sure that I had and understood and had everything I needed to use my new thermostat. I have not seen such a exceptional young man.

VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PRODUCT QUALITY AND STORE EMPLOYEES. EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDABLE. BETTER PRICES AND QUALITY THAN OTHER STORES OF SIMILIAR PRODUCTS.

Took three visits to get a sash lock because of no stock. Luckily I am close by.

Helpful staff, follow-up on product warranty matters to make things right. Stood behind a drill warranty issue when the manufacturer failed to respond on a defective product.

I am in Home Depot weekly for home improvement materials. It's a wonderful place to shop as long as there are salespeople on the floor to help.
