Folks here are always polite and helpful. I've shopped there so much some of the associates that have helped me over the years know me on site and by name. The trust and reliability of the staff is greatly appreciated

I went to purchase a storage clipboard and couldn’t find it but the employee found it for me in an instant.

Excellent service and convenient. I purchased the wrong items; blinds twice, ordered the wrong size blinds due to my error in measuring. Returns were easy and reordered the correct size

I just bought the latest version of Sumsung Fridge

Home Depot is always well stocked. Plus the entire store is neat & clean + well organized. The store's merchandise is appealing through out the different departments.

The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Great experience

Store lacks management or proper management. Employees will walk past you not asking if you need any assistance. Only self checkout open which can be a pain to use.

Customer service has been an issue since the pandemic but at this location there are still employees who know what good customer service looks like.

Alyssa has checked me out several times and she always remembers me and makes a point to ask how I’ve been and she really makes my day a lot of the time. She is such a sweet girl and a very hard worker. This is now my favorite Home Depot to go to!

I have never gone there to get something and could not find it. All the Associates that I have dealt with were very helpful. This location is really laid out and is always clean whenever I go there. I can walk down each isle and not bump into ladders in the isle , no trash or boxes in the isle

Loved the Service. Ms. Margaret from Flooring, Melanie the Cashier, staff at the Service Desk helped me out. Also, one of the female Managers helped with my discount at the service desk.

I Bought a Refrigerator, Microwave and Range for our kitchen to upgrade , I got a great price, and saved a lot of money. I am very happy for the purchase.

The cashier Adrienne is so bad she’s awful with customers and just rude she needs to be fired

Went in to shop for washer/dryer. Associate greeted me right away and helped me decide which set would be best for me.

At the Chesapeake Square Home Depot today I was looking for help in a project and Troy was absolutely amazing. He taught me all I needed to know, helped me understand what I needed to do and by the time I checked out I felt I had a new friend. Then at checkout the young man there made me feel like he was just glad as could be that I had come in. The store is really doing a super job and Spring seems to be early there with all the smiles and friendliness. Thank all of you
