We got all the materials we were looking for, the employees are super helpful, the garden is inviting.

I really enjoy shopping at the home depot. Everyone is nice and helpful. Just beware. Not all shoppers are required to wear masks. This was a cause of concern for me.

this store has the worse cashiers! on all the home depot I normally by my supplies. This home depot on Power Inn has the worse customer service. No one pickup the calls. I call about 10 times until I got someone to answer the call. This is close to closing time. The worse service, obnoxious cashiers. very rode staff and NO service. I would rather drive 5 miles out to another home depot rather than bring my business to this location. RUDE RUDE RUDE cashiers F! That

Consistently the worst Home Depot due to the poorest customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I have countless stories and examples of poor customer service (waiting over 45 minutes for an exchange, returning a product and having it put on store credit rather than my card WITHOUT CONFIRMATION, employees ignoring me because they’re on their phones, etc.) and I always dread having to go to this store.

I get excited when i know i need to go to this store because they have everything i want or need in stock always and customer service really is great, their always ready to help you.

I would like to say that my experience at this location is excellent. I have to point out a particular employee by the name of Tracie in Customer Service. Her ability to resolve my problem and help my situation was amazing. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. If you have a recognition program, I would highly recommend her for that recommendation.

After I checked out I looked at my receipt and saw that I was charged twice for a light fixture but since I had used a few gift cards and store credits I was unable to get the full refund back on my credit card. I asked if a manager could come over and help. The difference was only $3 but I wanted my credits to go towards what I actually purchased. The supervisor was nice until I turned around she told the other associate “wow all over three dollars”. I understand it was petty to ask for a supervisor over $3 but she could have at least waited till I was out of the store to talk crap.

Home Depot disrespects its customers because of its discretionary mask policy.

I had my car vandalized while parking over by the Garden Center. Now I park closer to the lumber side where there are more people. Security in the parking lot could be better.

I usually get good help just about every time I come here. :)

Liam and Jack did an excellent job from start to finish. Jack took extra time over the phone to look for items, read over specific details and make recommendations based on my questions. Liam is a loading wizard-he was able to make a very large order fit in my car when I was sure I'd need to make a second trip. On top of that he has an excellent personality and was great to chat with. Well done to both Liam and Jack in gardening :)

Watch out if you are concerned about COVID-19 and social distancing. Few employees or customers seemed to care or have a clue about how far six feet is.

The employees named Jesus and Anna make this location extra nice. They really made me feel like I made their day brighter by shopping at The Home Depot.

The nursery department is so much fun, and the employees are pleasant. Thank you.

Jared, the store employee who I asked help from, was respectful, and helped me find each of the items that I needed the location of. VERY happy with this visit!! Checkout was quick, and the cashier was friendly and helpful.

This is not the closest Home Depot to our house but definitely the friendliest . Always has someone to help us. We always find what we want and has convenient parking place. Our handyman store.
