Made my experience buying a washing machine great.

I had help from several employees and they were all friendly and answered my questions.

I went to the store to return an item I had ordered from the website. The receipt was on the plastic bag the item came in, it only needed to be scanned. The woman had a very rude attitude from the time she saw I had a return. She wanted me to provide a receipt or the credit card I used for the purchase, which was unnecessary because I had already given her the receipt when giving her the item. The issue was her attitude. She gave me a rude look when I put the item on the counter, and then she walked very slowly to the counter, looked at the item and rudely asked if I had a receipt or credit card. The whole transaction was unpleasant.

Bought a garden stake. Screw was lose. Returned to store. Picked up another garden stake, same price but instead of a bird it was a pineapple. Because sku numbers were different, I needed to pay again because it takes 3-4 days for the money to be put back on my card.

The Prattville store is the greatest

If you need help with anything, Shelby at customer service is amazing!

We had been looking for about a month for a riding mower and was helped promptly, which made the purchase easy with the options they had.

Clean, friendly and organized

Went in late to purchase items to build a firepit. Found everything I went after and checked out in less than 30 minutes. Did have to self check out ( which I DO NOT like) but there was an employee, Kimberly, there to assist anyone who needed help. She was fabulous!!

Salesman helped us review all the requirements that we had and showed us products that were our choices! Home Depot had the best selection of Prelit Trees!

4 out of 5 stars due to no handi elec. Carts available. Im disabled Vet. HELPFUL employees. was able to find employees on floor to help. I would like to see 5 or 6 Elec Handicap carts. Could not find one.

Home Depot is always my place to go when I need supplies for my projects. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Every time I visit the Prattville, AL 36066 location I receive friendly and competent service. I am more than satisfied with this Home Depot, they exemplify Home Depot culture and standards.

Definitely want to take the time to HIGHLIGHT Mike M, the dept head. I visit the Store for a pick up order. once I arrived I remembered I needed the item purchased to be cut to size. Mike was behind the counter and graciously agreed to assist. Mike was very curious, professional and understood the request. Ronald P also joined in to assist and offered helpful information for me. This is one of many great experiences. Not many are too excited to see a crafter coming with special request. Thank you for Mike and Ronald with my my experience one that I want to share.

Joshua went above and beyond helping me, even tracking me down on the store to let me know he found the item that was not where it should be.

The employees went out of their way to make sure I found what I needed. This store sets the bar high for customer service. We'll be back; in fact, no need to go anywhere else. The inventory is expansive, employees are friendly and helpful, prices are competitive, it's just an easy, pleasant experience shopping here.

I enter through the contractor's door usually and I am always acknowledged and asked if I have any questions or if I need help...no matter the shift. It's the little things that speaks volumes and sets this location apart!

Bought a tiller that was supposed to be delivered the next day for pickup. The order went on backorder and then I found out it would be unavailable in Prattville even though Montgonery had one in stock that could have taken to Prattville for pickup. Terrible shopping experience.
