Prices displayed are outdated, Some employees in the paint department are highly unprofessional and need extra customer service training. When asked to explain pricing was given vague information, paint department wasn't even aware of the current sales promotion by Behr. Prices displayed on counters are wrong and give the impression of much better pricing. You are also not told that different varieties are more money than advertised. ie; flat vs. satin or semi-gloss.

This is the nicest Home Depot in the area. Great employees, clean, and well stocked.

The Home Deport connected me with a hot water heater specialist and they did a fantastic job! Plus I appreciate the service I receive at Home Depot and the military discount!

The greeter at entrance was very welcoming & helpful with where to find what I was looking for and the cashier, Ranasinghearach Gamini, was helpful with opening an account….saving me money. Nice

I believe I did review my shopping experience in my Home Depot sweepstake application and remarked about the plants, assistance from Luther, and as always clerks make a point of being helpful.

Had a great experience at this store today. Andrew from the Garden Center helped me locate a tool I needed. When it was not on the shelf he kept searching, found the back stock and got it off the racks for me. Really great service! I'm so glad to have stopped by today!

ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HAS WHAT I NEED. CLOSE TO HOME, AND VERY CONVENIENT.

There is never anyone there that can help you. This has happened to me twice, you look for assistance and you can never find anyone or you're ignored by other associates especially in the hardware/tool department. I literally called the store's customer service, heard the PA announcement and still no one came to help.

Need more cashiers. Did not come to home depot to do part time work as a cashier.

Always clean, carts well managed, well stocked. Praful is a notable for his positivity and helpfulness.

I would like to commend one of your employees, a sales associate in the appliance department. Her name is Delisa. She handled the purchase of our new Bosch 500 dishwasher. She made what could have easily been a very awkward situation into a win-win for two customers and a credit to Home Depot for hiring very courteous, professional and knowledgeable staff. This young lady should be considered for advanced trining for young managers. She is one terrific young lady!

Judy, Stephanie and the Customer Service Team are the reason why I am now only going to be shopping at Home Depot. Thank you for your support for Veterans and for going out of the way to help customers. Looking forward to my next visit.

CHECKOUT CASHIER LUTHER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE ONLY PERSON IN STORE THAT WAS HELPFUL

My wife and I bought a new washer and Shelby and Elizabeth helped us with our purchase. They were very knowledgeable and just pleasant to work with.

Store & stock are fine, but not a friendly or helpful person that I've encountered at this location. Go down the street to the competition.

Cashier Luther was very helpful and pleasant.

This particular Home Depot Store in North Richland Hills gives outstanding customer service! Associates are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to assist with what I need to complete our home projects! A great selection of tools and supplies to complete my project! Highly recommend this Home Depot.

Nice and clean. Melissa is helpful and always attentive while helping customers checkout or with assistance for location of an item. Melissa is always on top of it.

There's nothing not to like about this store. From the manager, Jeff, to the associates, to the cashiers, to the lot associates (even the MET team are great people!). They all are very helpful, and pleasant. Thanks to everyone who makes my day when shopping there.

THIS STORE IS PARTICULARLY HELPFUL TO ME BECAUSE I KNOW THE LAY-OUT, AND AM ABLE TO FIND THINGS EASILY. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES THAT ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR PARTICULAR AREAS. IF THEY ARE NOT SURE THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND SOMEONE THAT DOES KNOW THE PRODUCT.

The salesperson’s name who helped me was Luther. He took me right to the product (it was locked up) & in no time I was on my way. He was friendly & knew exactly what I wanted to purchase & found it for me in minutes.
