We always shop at this store ,good prices and promotions and good quality products.

We have gone there on date night, just to walk around and look. Most of the time we find something we need. Call it a cheep date, Thanks Homedepot!

Plumbing Department was a great help

At the Provo Home Depot Store, let it be known, that they have caring employees with above and beyond excellent Customer Service, and serve you with a SMILE!

I had a lot of lumber to load on a cart, while I was loading it some employees needed to close the aisle I was in but instead of helping they just stood there and watched me load it.

The associates were very helpful and accommodating to our requests with paint and the other items we were looking for. The aisles were clean and the items were neatly stacked for easy visibility.

I bought these this weekend and am so happy I did.

I’ve been to the paint department at least once a year for 20 years. But recently Home Depot had these two amazing young girls working their paint department. Hello! Finally I got someone who was happy, kind, helpful, and crazy efficient! The Hispanic girl looked like iCarly from Nickelodeon (but with glasses) was super helpful and totally understood what I was trying to accomplish, and this pretty Asian girl was on fire with the efficiency. I should have learned their names because they were awesome!!

All the employees I had interaction with were extremely helpful.

This store has easy access to the free way and it's generally stocked well.

We are putting railings on our front steps and were at the Provo Home Depot to buy the necessary parts. Our contractor was there and he was able to get everything he needed in one stop.

I had to return a broken tool and got it replaced without problems.

I bought a Ridgid 12 inch Sliding Miter Saw. Was on sale, and I am thrilled with the purchase. Got the saw set up and squared. Will report back on the tool performance. The employees were outstanding and helpful

The Prove Home Depot use to have awful customer service and the store was always disorganized. In the past few years they have drastically improved in both areas. In a time where customer service is getting worse, they are getting better.

Every time I go into Provo Home Depot, they are so nice and friendly! I know I can ask their employee's questions that I will get a logical response. They are well trained and great to interact with! Nephi is the greatest!

Drive to Home Depot even though I have a rival home improvement store much closer. I'm always treated pleasantly, very helpful, and good quality products, and stocked well.

This store is a great place to shop. On a trip and found just the right items.

We are in our mid 60's and the garden associates did a great job in helping is load our truck with lumber and cinder block for our Garden!
