Teresa the customer service representative was extremely helpful and understanding. I do not want to exclude the Home and garden gentleman that helped me load and also Teresa both were completely personable and had a great attitudes We’re extremely thoughtful. I will actually drive to this Home Depot because of some of the issues I’ve had with the ones that are local to me that’s how good this Home Depot has done and I would highly recommend them in the future!

I really wish all the employees at this store took mask wearing seriously. At least a third, and maybe half, had their masks worn around their chins. Some employees don't bother to put on masks even when customers are close by. Home Depot started pandemic safety measures really well. Now, the Covid safety measures seem to have fallen by the wayside. I guess it is time to check out the competition.

From the moment one enters the store the customer is greeted by a friendly staff member and asks if there is anything I can find. All employees greet you with a smile and a willingness to help.

This store is great! Very friendly employees always ready to lend a hand if needed. Very well stocked always clean.

THIS STORE HAS MADE A VERY BIG IMPROVEMENT ON HOW THE EMPLOYEE'S MAKE YOU FEEL WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE UNTIL YOU LEAVE. I REALLY ENJOY SHOPPING IN THIS STORE. THIS IS GREAT EXAMPLE ON HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS WHILE THEY ARE IN YOUR STORE.

Shopping at the Punta Gorda Home Depot store is almost like visiting with good friends. My experiences have always been pleasant and the employees helpful when needed while shopping. I especially appreciate the extra measures this store has taken to ensure customer safety at all times, but even more so now with the the Covid-19 virus. So a big thank you to all the employees at this store!!

Everyone is extremely helpful at this store. I never had any issues with dealing with the store employees. I was able to find everything I needed quickly and the store employees were very helpful. The store was clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Great to shop there.

Each time i've shopped at the Punta Gorda since it opening I've never had a bad experience with any employee. Sometimes I've not been able to find what I needed and an employee has tried to look for the product with me and apologized for not having what I wanted.

I have visited Home Depot stores in Waltham, MA, Sarasota, Fort Myers and Cape Coral Florida. Nobody beats the store in Punta Gorda. Great people fantasic service since 2005. 15 years of getting my paint and supplies and always with a smile! I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. The sale cashiers and customer service department takes time to resolve your issues without no hassle.

Large store with helpful employees to service us. They listen to what we may need to take care of our home. It is conveniently located near Waterford Estates a new DR Horton development under construction near Charlotte High with many move-ins. We like our Hampton Bay ceiling fans that we purchased at this HD stores on sale.

I purchased a 1700 dollar mower from this location yesterday. WhenI got the mower home and was going over it, I discovered that it had not been assembled completely, and there were parts missing. I returned to the store, where the ladies at Customer Service "owned" the issue, and pledged to help. This is where it fell apart... The called "Keith" who is supposedly the garden center manager. He was rude, arrogant and seemed to be irritated that I was asking for the parts to fix the (brand new) mower I just bought. He got mad at me, told me he would give me the part of another mower but then "he couldn't sell it"... umm maybe he should not have sold me the one missing the parts !?!?!? Anyway, he stormed off, and I was so disgusted with his attitude I told him just to forget it.. at which point he got even more irritated and aggressive towards me. Home Deport failed in several ways: 1) Selling a poorly assembled mower 2) Having an employee on their staff that has this type of attitude towards customers 3) allowing such an individual to be a "manager" 4) for not owning the issue and trying to fix the problem. (In the end, a lovely lady from Hardware gave me a few bolts to use to attach the seat of the mower to make it useable, but I should not have had to be subjected to the abuse and anger of this employee. SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT

The store was clean and the clerks were friendly. We walked in and went to the counter tops and was waited right away. We picked out what we wanted and it was a short process from that point on and we were out of there. Thanks to the knowledgeable salesmen we had.

I ordered an appliance based on store availability, but the store could not accommodate delivery inside 1 week. A week later and on the eve of the scheduled delivery, I received a voice mail notifying me that delivery would be 5 or 6 weeks. My opinion, if Home Depot valued my business, they would have extended a personal call and made an attempt to resolve the issue.

Associates at this Store could care less about what you are shopping for. They rudely walk away from you even if not done. They lost about 6 grand of my money.

Although the floor workers were extremely courteous and helpful all of that was ruined by an incompetent, inconsiderate, in accurate, and rude cashier. She did not give us the VA disability discount although we showed the ID card, overcharged us, and treated us as vandals rather than valued customers. As a customer service instructor myself I would say she needs extensive additional training.
