My favorite store for all my projects at home.

Was having a hard time finding what we needed in a good price range. They had what we needed in the color we wanted. Friendly staff. Clean store. 100%

This is my place to go for all my on going home projects. Customer service is awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. I don’t look further but straight to Home Depot.

As usual, this store has no customer service, no one greets you, acknowledges you, you have to track them down. Today girl in gravel/paver area was on her phone, gossiping with another employee about being mad at them. Then I hear her, as I start walking down the aisle, I had just passed her, "I am sick and tired of customers coming down here I can't get this done." When I pointed out I had heard her, she did not apologize, just got defensive saying I didn't want to blow in your face. Suggestion - I can go to another store, then she can get her cleanup done. Cashiers at garden gate - rude. Wouldn't let me take cart out to get veggies, but let another customer take out one of the bed type carts to get plants across the drive. Very rude when asking if I had gone through the front line, I had just seen them to ask about taking cart out - rude.

Store employee was great. Major problem with the third-party installer, who they said would wear a mask to enter my home. An auto-call came in the day before giving me a timeframe & saying they’d call about half an hour in advance. We work at home & talk with clients on the phone all day, and our dogs go nuts when the bell rings. They did not call first, so my dogs went nuts as we were both speaking with clients. They showed up with no mask and immediately said “Did you order a microwave?” “Yes I did.” “We forgot it at the last stop so we have to go back.” “Okay,” I said, “Can I confirm you’ll be wearing a mask when you come in?” “We don’t have those” he said. “I was told you’d wear one. I have some new ones - would you mind wearing them?” . “I don’t do that”, he said, so I sent him away and will likely cancel the order.

The staff of the puyallup Home Depot are NOT taking nearly as many precautions to keep customers and employees safe as they should be. No one is wiping down check stands between customers, nothing is being sanitized besides the cart handles when they come back in from outside, and there are not wipes or sanitizing products made available to customers who want to be safe. I will not be coming back here, and will be calling the manager to discuss their laziness and callous disregard for safety.

Both Evan (Cashier) and Tyee (Flooring department) were very helpful in providing great service.

Overall a great shopping experience, Sherrie provided excellent customer service. Bought a drier - do miss the days when this kind of stuff was actually in stock, in store.

The staff was helpful but the assistant manager was RUDE and very disrespectful towards finding a solution of a problem they caused I had to be disrespectful back at her hopefully she understands that when it comes to there customers spending 3000 dolllars they or even 20 dollars the customer comes first!!!!!!!

The store was clean, and nicely stocked. I was greeted by the employees working there and all asked me if I needed assistance. Maria, the cashier was very pleasant!

The Puyallup store has been a great store for me. I can get anything I want anytime of the year (it's Seasonal). From the 4th of July to Christmas, my wife just loves coming with me to pick up a few things she needs for the house in large quantities that she likes. Another good reason she likes coming with me is that the store seems to be always clean. Seeya in a couple of days.

Terrible customer service. Especially in the self check out area. Don't act like you know more about anything than your customers. Very demeaning people

If you like being profiled and followed around like a potential criminal, step right up. Want to spend a couple hundred dollars on power tools while being watched from multiple angles by full grown men, this is the place for that. Loss prevention employees are aggressive and intimidating. This store usually has a better selection than the store across the street, but I've never been stalked like I am at this store. I'm a mid 30's white male with a clean haircut. Be careful here...

THE STORE AS A WHOLE IS KEEP VERY CLEAN, STOCKED WELL AND THE STAFF ARE GREAT.

The store is clean and organized. The workers are helpful and nice. We enjoy shopping in this store.

Help we received from Fred in the appliance dept was excellent! Went the extra mile to answer our questions and help make sure we were happy with our choices. Very knowledgable about the products and years of experience . Would not hesitate to seek him out next time.

Two store employees made our trip to Home Depot memorable - Maranda and Montana. Maranda not only suggested we could remove the top of a barbecue we were buying so it would fit in our car, she found the tools necessary to do so and had it done in no time. She also assisted us in placing the barbecue in our car, reaching a solution as to how best to make it fit in our small SUV. Maranda is a top notch employee that this store must be proud to have!
