Today was the most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered at a home improvement store! Thanks Home Depot for stepping up your game!

Mikayla is a great cashier and she did a great job in checking out and getting someone in the store to help get my purchase in my car. She didn't wait for me to ask for help. She saw I was a disabled veteran and needed help and took care of it.

Always helpful and if an associate isn't 100% sure, they lead you to someone who is.

The employees are really helpfull. They help with whatever you are looking for even if you dont know the name of the part, material. They try to suggest with simple things. I always go there for my home improvements.

Frances in the garden center went above and beyond. We were there to pick a certain type of river rock. Come to find out there was only 4 bags left. So she went and searched other stores and she found 2 and wrote down the sku of the product and phone numbers for both stores. We found some. So major kudos to Frances. Thank you for making are day.

Home Depot consistently delivers superior customer service. It is always my first choice when purchasing anything from a hardware store. I love that the staff members do not abandon their customers with a point in the direction of the area of the item they need, but go with us and help locate it in the sometimes confusing and overwhelming supply of like products. Thank you, HD, and keep up the excellence!

Jennifer the cashier at customer service was very helpful. The store didn’t have the color of mini fridge that we wanted even though the website said they had 3 of them. Jennifer talked to the appliance person and we were able to get the price we wanted on a different color. We are happy with this adjustment. Thanks, Jennifer!

A/C filters were stocked well, as most items are. All sizes were available, and all price ranges were available.

This location is doing an EXCELLENT job! The Sales Person, Adil, was SUPER friendly and helpful! I found everything I was looking for in the outdoor garden section of the store. The plants looked freshly watered and very healthy. I left very satisfied!

Every time I am in this Home Depot, I get the most wonderful customer service. These employees truly go above and beyond to make your visit exceptional. They will help you find products and if they are not in stock they will check other stores. I bought several cement pavers and they unloaded them into my car. I accidentally left a bottle of water that I purchased on the counter, and a very sweet cashier brought it out to me. They go out of there way to help and do it with a GREAT attitude!

The most organized HD in the area, for sure. Most always can find help when I need it. Stocked well!!

As a female, I am often made to wait in a hardware store while all the males are waited on. In this store, I am waited on promptly and courteously. Big Mike, employee, took my name and number for something that required a manager. Usually, you never hear back. He called me at home with an answer. Very much appreciated.

We are new to this area. So far, we’ve shopped at this particular Home Depot two times. Both times, we have received exceptional customer service! We also appreciate the military discount.

All I wanted to do was go in to return an item and the store manager was running the retutns register had the worst attitude not even addressing me as I said Hello and Thank you at the end. I was returning two items when one of them didn't have a receipt, to which I was explaining my story he just rudely interrupted me and said we can only give you store credit then. After that I was trying to explain my confusion about how I guess I misread online because I thought it was still possible to return for cash even with no receipt, he gave me the most sour look, so I cut my story short and accepted the credit. He then asked for my driver's license and proceeds to drop it on the dirty counter full of dirt from plants, instead of placing it in my cleary out stretched hand. Not going to deal with him ever again. Didn't even say respond to my thank you as I was leaving lol.

Always has the items I need to for my home improvement projects. Staff is cool location is great and easy to navigate. This is my go to store even though there is a store closer to my house.

We were there on a busy Sunday morning and worked with Rui in appliances. She did a fantastic job and was great in getting us what we needed. We came back later to get a lawnmower when we couldn’t get the website to work and the gentleman at the service desk was also very helpful and found us one at Edmond Home Depot. He even called ahead to let them know we were coming since it was close to closing. All around good experience.

The customer service I get at this store is great! I had a large backyard project to get done this year and purchased all my landscaping needs there. Thanks again for great customer service!

04/09/2020: The frumpy older black woman that works as a cashier at the returns desk needs a serious attitude adjustment! She's loud, obnoxious, rude and hateful! Perhaps she needs to spend some down-time in the unemployment line to self-reflect on her attitude!

Store did not deliver the parts I had purchased with my dishwasher. They send me to a store to get them that doesn’t even carry those parts. Then the manager of that store tells me to call around and find those parts myself. To which I replied I will just take my money back and buy somewhere else. It’s been a month and still have gotten what I paid for the dishwasher back.

Average — Nothing special...
