Wish the store was bigger because they have a lot of merchandise....sometimes in unexpected places. But store employees usually know where things are and are helpful.

I would highly recommend the Westbury Home Depot due to helpful employees, like Herbert and Ashish. Both men had friendly, yet professional attitudes. They took the time to locate cabinets I needed for a kitchen renovation. Their problem solving skills were invaluable in making suggestions for alternatives when some cabinets were unavailable due to Covid quarantine. I couldn’t have completed the job without them. They are the reason I recommend the Raceway store to my friends.

It's a clean store. Just call ahead before you come in as they are notorious for being out of stock of things. And be ready to wait for checkout as there is only 1 line for everybody

Raceway paint department employees JT KAT Ian and bob always help me every time I come in.. I only come to this store cause of the paint department... it’s nice to shop where people know what they are doing with a nice smile on their faces... I tell everyone to come to this store!

Kareem and Nick in the tool rental department are AWESOME! They were helpful, friendly, and kind to my husband and I. They assisted us with gathering all the materials we would need to go with our rental and showed us how to properly use the products. I left the store smiling and couldn't have had a better experience. They made the whole experience easy and memorable.

So sad. Young adults wanted to surprise mom with small Christmas tree. But they did not receive included tree stand. When we called we were told it was just a courtesy and could not receive credit for not receiving. $30 for a 3 foot tree, no stand. Not a merry Christmas. Was told Home Depot had great trees. Nope. Guy on corner would have been cheaper. So sad.

The inventory online was accurate as everything I wanted was in the store when made the trip. The reason for the 3 stars is that I am going through a customer issue between Westbury and Elmont and am not sure of how Westbury would be supportive outside of the Elmont location.

This is my favorite Home Depot store location. They have a great customer service here. I come a little farther to get what I need. The Elmont store near me is horrible. And it is only ten minutes away but I travel the 30 mins to this store.

We usually find what we need for the home renovation materials requested by our contractor. It's a clean store and located near highway. A return at customer service counter is prompt and easy.

I've met the most friendly customer service employees at the Westbury store who will literally walk you over to the product(s0 you're looking for. It is clean, very well organized and loaded with employees in every field, expertise and section of the store. They're so helpful and make the shopping experience a very enjoyable one.
