Kevin at Paint department made sure we had the right product , Great customer service .

David in the electrical department was very helpful, and walked me through the issues I was having step by step he even took time to draw up a diagram of the problem, made sure I had the right switch and wire . Hopefully they have other employees as informative in other departments as David.

When working on a large project, I gave several competitors to Home Depot the opportunity to prepare a quote. This Home Depot store was the only store which promptly put together a quote for me, asked some specifying questions, and then put together an inventory list and final quote, all within a 24 hour period. The entire team genuinely seems to understand the importance of the time constraints any project can be under. I will always come to the store when quoting larger projects.

I had purchased and cut a 10' piece of molding into 2 smaller pieces: 7.5' and 2.5' . After doing so I realized that I had bought, and cut, the wrong style of molding! I called the store and spoke to a very nice and knowledgeable associate named Uzma who told me that I could get a refund on the 7.5' piece as it was over the 4' minimum for returns of molding. I owned the 2.5' piece and I was okay with that. She actually processed my return once at the store and was as pleasant and efficient as I knew she would be. I purchased the right style molding and my project looks great! Thanks Home Depot and Uzma! Love our Racine Store!

If you ever are shopping at the Racine Home Depot and you need a helping hand ask for Scott. He was so helpful and really knew what he was doing! He makes you feel like a valued customer. Scott went above and beyond to make sure I got the item I was looking for.

Not sure if I am allowed to mention names, but, Charles in the Doors dept/millwork is outstanding. He is the definition of "customer service"...always going the extra step and thinking of little details...he is awesome!! I worked with him for a little over a month, to get the right interior doors. He is very knowledgeable, detailed and truly cares - which is so rare these days.

Shopped for paint and had the best customer service from a young man named Sabastian. The Home Depot in Racine is my go-to hardware store. Employees are friendly, store is clean and prices are reasonable.

Everyone is always polite and willing to help. It changes the entire shopping experience.

Make sure you meet Joey in the flooring dept! I was unable to locate enough subway tile that I fell in love with for my kitchen remodel, but Joey did. He pulled the tile the Racine store had & put on hold for me until I could pick-up the next day. He also located other stores in the area & advised how many tiles they each had. Joey went out of his way to help this customer & it's truly appreciated. I was frantic but no longer. Joey saved the day!

Terra from pro desk is amazing, she help me get the things I needed, while being patient. I was struggling on things that I needed but she help me out and figured it out. Thanks to her my project for my roof is being done! She is friendly and helps you get the best prices.

It seems as though the employees at this Home Depot can tell by the look on a customers face that they need help with something. This is why this store is my go to place for almost anything I need.

This store has great management who teach employees to be proactive in assisting customers. The employees hired are professional and friendly. They remember their customers in the future asking how you are doing etc.
