I went to HD to get a ceiling hook to hang a plant. An associate helped me out to get the right one I needed. it work great. Much appreciation to Home Depot and the great associates that take the time to help all of the customers. My go to store for home improvement.

There are no quick concerns that this store cannot comprehend. There are no farfetched entities short of any disastrous possibilities that these staff members aren't adjusted to. Do you remember the movie armageddon? Well, if I could stay awake just to hear you sleeping; I probably would because quite honestly this establishment staff is exactly the type of Staff well equipped to take care of that gigantic asteroid headed straight for the earth. I, trust no other than all of you at this foolproof awesome Home Depot. God bless you all.

Home Depot on Madison is my “go to “ home improvement store, not only because it is close by me. It’s also because they have more knowledgeable and helpful associates moving around and with their handy phones to check an item quickly for prices and availability. So high tech and in with the time. And they really try to find the item for you. Returns or exchange is hassle free.

So much better than a self-check out computer dictating at you. I had a large amount of items and Bobbie, the cashier, was such a pleasure to checkout through.

Closing over half of the parking lot for re-pavement during business hours was an extremely poor decision. This created an unsafe environment for customers walking thru the parking lot and cars & trucks trying to find a parking space.

Went today and tried to buy a air and water filter for my refrigerator that is stocked by Home Depot, but I couldn’t remember the type of filter and asked the sales associate if she could look up the model since they stock it but she refused which is horrible then I explained a second time and she still refused so I left with what I could get, but I will not be going back there anytime soon.

I hate HD. I had to go there for the first time in years. Self checkout???? Really??? The least HD could do is offer a discount. Why should I cover the giant corporations’ labor costs????

Poor service today no help when I asked three people talking they wouldn’t stop talking to help me when all I asked for was some assistance with bulbs

Jakeem had no customer service when checking out customers. Not even a hello to the first 6ppl in-front of me. He rung up a couple of items incorrectly. I asked him about it in case I needed to return or exchange it he said it would be fine the color the item is should not matter. This may be the reason there inventory is always inconsistent. I do use the app to see how many are in stock and use that to decided which one I will stop in at. Hopefully this young man gets some coaching in customer service.

Store manager needs to address down sticking the bays, increasing employee presence at registers, and hiring security and bringing back self checkout. I’m sure corporate is involved in these inefficient changes, but each store manager has intimate experience with their customer base and community needs that need to be made known to the unwitting district and national managers. Having been a former employee and now a tradesman, I can understand both sides and know that security is necessary but so is efficiency.

I found this store to have have better selections on plants.

Store was very clean employees were extremely helpful. Lindsey was an amazing checker. Did everything with a smile on her face they even carried everything out to the car for us.

Great experience. Wonderful employee named Esperanza helped me. She was super friendly and interacted with my disabled daughter, which put a huge smile on her face.

If you want service, go to Home Depot during the day don't go on evenings or weekends young kids don't know what to do.

This store is a mess, worst HD that I have been to, however Ekenna at curbside pickup is the best, I will generally only go to this store for curbside and Ekenna always has a smile on his face.

Went in for one plant and walked out with everything to redo my front porch and planters. Great selection of plants, fruit trees, etc! The employees were very friendly and helpful, always a plus.

I went to the store this morning to purchase attic insulation. And then came back to the store because I had a few attic role installations. I return back to the store to the return department .the cashier his name was Brandon seen my items scan them and refunded me the money. And then look at my receipt and notice he only refunded me for three attic rolls which I had eight rolls there. I politely told him there was more rolls on the cart so he then checked. I counted them out and he agreed. He kept asking me are you happy and I said yeah then asked me again so I’m only returning five more and I said yes, that’s what we counted right and then proceeds to ask me again are you happy. We went on this back-and-forth for about 20 seconds which I told him you’re ridiculous then refuses to help me and pushes me off to another cashier. This interaction with him was highly unprofessional very rude in his customer service. His attitude was very condescending. I hope you guys get this kid, some more training or remove him off of the cashier and in the back where he doesn’t have to deal with customers . Seemed like he was very unhappy with his job or maybe just having a bad day and took it out on me. Not quite sure. Hope he gets better training. Then try to call the store to speak with the manager which I cannot get anybody on the phone call after calling more than five times and waiting on the phone for about 4 to 5 minutes on each call.

Unfortunately this store is egregious as far as their employee behavior goes. They are judgemental, rude, unprofessional, and need to be re-trained on how to execute every task required for their job. Racism should not be allowed and definitely not tolerated even if its in a sneaky sarcastic way. I am disgusted by this location and at this point I will drive 23 miles to another home depot in order to avoid this pathetic location. They need to be re-trained and trained on discrimination towards its customers.

When I entered this store, I was greeted immediately. I asked for help finding what I needed. That person took me to that isle. They helped me in my decision process. Then I needed another item. They took the water heater to the front. I got a tool. That gentleman helped me so kindly. Then when I was checking out, Martina was so polite. She heard my concern about using all my cash while here visiting my son and helping him with his hot water heater. She offered to me a line of credit. We processed. Grettel was also assisting. I had had a name change and my back ground was flagged. Grettel insisted on getting this resolved. And she did. Every time I visit this store it is amazing. All employees are helpful and kind. Dallas, the manager, I met and thanked him for his team.

I cannot give Mieya a better or high enough service rating, She is a tops tier service provider and delivers exceptional customer service

I was shopping for yard care products which I found with help for the staff. A great item was found with everything I was looking for and extra helpful items in the box. Staff checked the box and got everything required to complete the list. Wonderful help and a great price too. See Judy and Kobe, and Gustavo for yard care products - you will be happy.

Checking out yesterday was such a happy experience. For the first time in a long time the cashier was happy to be there working and helping people with a smile! Thanked me for my service (Veteran) Very seldom do I find a cashier happy working at a place with a great smile. Thank you Lorena

Friendly staff, product availability....

Went in to buy a stand for my saw. It was super busy, but the staff took care of me and got me item. They maintained true professionalism, even though they had to get my item from a top rack with a forklift.
