Very clean store thank you

Paul and Amya were beyond patient with our complicated order and it was very appreciative.

The Home Depot in Rock Springs, is one of our favorite places to shop. My husband and I usually find the products we want and we like the sales!

Bought a Cool Mist Humidifier, it was easy to set up. Had a hard time finding one locally, but Home Depot seems to have everything for the home.

Came to store at 7am. So few customers, such friendly employees!!

Always helpful to answer questions and find products

This store is awesome! We go to lots of Home Depot stores and this is BY FAR the most tidy. The employees go out of their way to help amd greet you in the store.

Cashier Tayler, was very helpful, assisted us very quickly when we asked for help about a tool box. Extremely nice and friendly during checkout. ​Jeremy, also very helpful with loading toolbox, very informative when we asked about a home depot credit card. He even was able to take 50$ off of said tool box because there was damage to one of the drawers. I would definitely give both Tayler and Jeremy a raise, a promotion or both. Their professionalism will be the reason I continue shopping at home depot

Our cashier Amya was absolutely awful. First, we went to self checkout, and a wonderful employee helped us (he had glasses, younger, we did not catch his name). We forgot a price match on our items. When we got to customer service for the price match, Amya wouldn't put down her phone. We stood there for a few seconds while she finished whatever she was doing. We explained the situation and she did not say a word to us the entire time. When we finished she immediately went back right to her phone, before we even had time to leave the counter. She should not be in customer service!

Walked me through all my available options and I ended up with a better value than I thought I was going to get.

I was recently at the Rock Springs Wyoming Home Depot store and saw the amount of vehicles in the parking lot. Almost didn't stop because of the big number of shoppers. I completed my large shopping list and got into line. The young lady that was checking was very fast, very efficient and very kind. Her line was fast! Thank you!

I'm always greeted when I enter the store. There is usually someone nearby who can help me with questions. The cashiers are pleasant and there is usually someone to help me load my vehicle when needed.

Very knowledgeable staff like Zack and Alice!!

Lumber price is going up but they were still reasonable

This store had all the tools I was looking for and the cashier(Amanda) was super friendly, happy and very Cute☺️

Recently i have purchased multiple power tools as well as all the pecks tubing, fittings, rings and tools to re plumb my home. I also purchased a new hot water heater. The staff was friendly and professional. The only thing i dont like is the number of self check out lines.

Outstanding staff and service!

It was a routine shopping trip until we came across a baby bird that had fallen to the ground in the garden center. We mentioned it to the cashier and she immediately donned a pair of gloves and came to the birds rescue. Moving it to a natural "nest" of grass under a rack where it's Mom might find it. Amanda was her name and she is my hero for a day!

The store is always clean and welcoming! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. If you need help in the paint department ask for Eric or Jamie they are awesome and have the best customer service in town!

The employees go above and beyond to make sure you have what you are looking for and if they do not have what you are looking for they do everything they can to help you find it somewhere local! What an example of a great community!

Got some stain this morning and Jason in the Paint Department was awesome! Remembered me and what I bought last weekend, totally helpful. Great manager (Garth and his helper Shorty). This store needed a big turn around in management.

Came in with some difficult questions and complicated decisions. Left with peace and confidence concerning decisions made, knowing the product was going to be good and the install would be done professionally.

Excellent customer service.

I was very disappointed with this store. The last two times my husband and I have been to this store, employees were not helpful. We got quite a bit of lumber and nobody helped us load it. I have recently had surgery, so with the heavy items, I was not able to help my husband. Thankfully, another customer helped him load those items. On the last visit, we had to pull around back to load lumber, and two employees stood and watched us as we loaded the lumber ourselves. I'm not sure what happened to customer service, because I used to get great customer service at Home Depot in the past.

We had such a good time with our clerk Kevin and he helped us so much. The only thing that we suggest is a better control of the AC that blasted us the length of time it took to place our order.Poor Kevin has to sit in front of that all day! We put on a jacket and he ws wearing a sweatshirt. Tone it down a bit : )
