I was very impressed with the employees. The cashier, Valerie, could not have been more friendly and helpful. Mike was very kind to help me load my large item into the car. They seem genuinely happy to work for Home Depot and it shows.

The people who work in this store are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The store inventory is pretty complete. Only once they didn't have what I wanted (it was a sales item), but an employee called another Home Depot store and found one which was shipped right to my home!

I've been very pleased with the selections and helpful staff at this store. The store is clean and well stocked.

Store takes no responsibility for errors in order. Unless you get the couple of customer service personnel who care HD errors are not resolved and cost you additional time and money to fix. Asst Mgr Ken passes off all HD errors as nothing to do with HD.

Sharron and Dayle made buying my new stove easy. They are both very pleasant to work with. Sharron has always been helpful and knowledgeable when buying appliances. Prices were better than the competitors.

Store is very well laid out, items are easy to find and if I can't find something there is always a very helpful, polite and ready to serve representative there to assist. Every time I go into the store someone there is always sweeping, mopping the floors and doing general maintenance. Store hours are very appropriate especially for us early morning people.

The Associate Robbie Fish in the flooring Dept. went far and beyond usual to solve a problem I was having in the garden Dept. and save a rather large multi-thousand dollar sale and followed through on it. This also earned him a wall to wall carpeting sale for our dining, living room and front hall and foyer

Employees are always friendly in the store and I'm usually greeted with a smile.

I had an amazing experience shopping at the Rockland Home Depot. I’m tackling a major renovation with no prior experience and they went above and beyond in helping me with all aspects of it, making sure my kitchen design was perfect and functional and that I had all extra materials needed for the flooring. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for their professionalism and caring!

Clean, Inviting Store. Friendly and helpful associates. I can always find what I need for the project I am working on. If I have questions, the associates are knowledgeable. If someone can't answer my question, they will get another person to come and help further.

This survey was messed up. I indicated I was very happy with the store and at the end the IT people that designed this survey said I wasn't. It's very frustrating to say you liked a store and then have a computer say I didn't. Your AI program ain't all that I.

Too many un-qualified employees walking around ignoring customers! Your customer service people are great. Especially PATTY. However, there are a few old ladies working there who seem ANNOYED by customers with service issues! Think about it.... PS - I have been shopping at the Rockland Maine store for over 40 years so I think I know what I am talking about.

Clean, well-organized store with knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you're into serious DIY, this outlet is a useful place to shop.

This is a great store and has been my "go to" store for any household projects or repairs. As an older single woman on a fixed income with some skills the staff at Home Depot is always willing to talk me through my projects (or dilemma 's as is often the case in an old home!) . I value the experience of the older staff as many of them have valuable skills and experience I count on when I go to Home Depot.

I'm in the middle of a big remodel/ addition project and these guys at the Rockland store are awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Special shout out to Mike Matu in pro-sales/ windws, Jason Mattix in pro-sales, Arthur in Windows, Jason in kitchen, Brianna and Sharon in appliances, Vicki Sharon and Tracy in flooring. You guys ROCK!

You obviously have a great manager as his employees have a positive, friendly attitude. Employee Courtney went out of her way to assist me in my order.
