Flooring department terrible I will not go back to this home depot for any flooring waited over 30 minutes to get help employee looked at me made a smart comment so I decided I'd find another store that has more knowledge and better customer service

The only complaint i have is the air hose fittings seem to always be out.

This store seems so dreary - like the lighting is bad or something. And it's ridiculous to have to slog all the way to a back dimly-lit corner to use the bathroom facilities.....

Looking for a Christmas tree. Great selection. Staff was helpful in finding information to help formulate a decision. Check out was quick and friendly. Check out person helped to obtain a discount.

I usually shop at night and all of the night shift people are very helpful and polite. Store is very well stocked.

I arrived early in the morning (before 7:00 am). There were very few HD employees visible in the store. When I asked the one employee that was visible in the front of the store which isle of the paint department I would find empty 5 gallon buckets and lids, she replied (waving her hand and arm in the direction of the paint department) "One of those isles in the paint department." I asked the specific location because I am physically disabled and walking is painful for me.

I purchased a washer and dryer set from this store. I was so excited because I found a top load washer with an agitator, and it came in dark grey! I paid in cash, waited 2-weeks for delivery. All was great, up until it was delivered, and I opened the top to use it for the 1st time. It had NO AGITATOR! I immediately called HD-Roseburg and was referred to their 800#. The lady could not help me. She wanted the model #, but the # I gave her was wrong she said. I then called the Roseburg store back. The lady there told me that the model #'s where close by and off by 1-number. She said the salesman entered the wrong number. She then told me that "I" would need to bring back the wrong washer, wait for a refund, then purchase the one I thought that I purchased in the beginning. I asked her I'm the one who has to do all of this, when it wasn't my fault? After not getting anywhere, I told her that maybe I'd have my attorney deal with this mess. She quickly told me after me saying that, she would no longer talk to me and hung up. If Home Depot does not make this right, I will NEVER shop with them again. This will not end here. They did me wrong. So upsetting.

This store is fine - usually has what I need....sometimes better quality than the "other store" across the street. HOWEVER, there needs to be better lighting - it is so dingy inside! AND, move the bathrooms to the FRONT of the store!!!!

Very clean store almost always has what I need. ( have found they were out of stock on a few things over the years.) The only thing I wish they would change is have checkouts at both ends of the store. right now they are all on one end of the store.

I seeing more and more expert help at this Home Depot. I was in a quandary about how to plumb an unusual part of my remodel. A Home Depot staffer came up and asked me if I needed help. Turns out he was a professional plumber. I learned a lot as we discussed what I was doing and picked out plumbing to get it done.

Great store!

The Pro Desk lacks knowledge and professionalism. While many good people work in the other departments, the Pro Desk was not helpful during two different visits several months apart. Never going back.

We are greeted by a clean, beautiful store. My disabled husband is treated to a motorized cart and we head for the department of our interest. A smiling clerk is usually there to greet us and ask if we require assistance. Any help we require is generously provided from the time we enter until we leave the store. As fixers and remodelers, we are so thankful for such a great place to shop. Great inventory and prices, too!

Clean, friendly, well-stocked, good prices. Best KD 2x4's! Treated lumber is straight.

Because of Conner I will come back for all my needs. If you want a great customer service go to garden and ask for Conner you will enjoy the young man.

Super helpful when I couldn't find what I was looking for. It was all the way at the back of the store. The associate walked me to it and asked if they could put it in my cart for me.

Every time I've shopped at Home Depot the employees were very helpful and answered any questions I might have about what to get for whatever project I'm working on and how best to do it.

Best service we have seen in quite a while. Highly recommend Roseburg OR Home Depot.

The garden associates were very knowledgeable and the cashier was outstanding during checkout made my day even though it was raining outside.

The folks who work at this store are friendly, available to help and a it's a great place to shop. It's our go to place when we need home building or maintenance products. Prices are reasonable most of the time too.

it is my all time favorite store for any home or work related projects, and when I retire I would love to get a part time job in the green house department
