Recently I bought some plants at Home Depot. There was some confusion about pricing but Alexandra handled the situation professionally and with kindness. For me, that level of customer service makes the difference between other stores and Home Depot Rossford, Ohio. Well done Alexandria!

Had exceptional customer service in the countertop / cabinet departments as well as the plumbing department with 2 different employees, same day !

Three people especially but everyone I dealt with at this store were very helpful & friendly. Frances (I’m not 100% sure I got her name right) but she was extremely patient and very persistent in finding the right OTR microwave for my needs. I will definitely come looking for her the next time I have a need for any appliance. Logan helped me with all the different items I was looking for besides the microwave. He is also very patient and extremely knowledgeable. Lauriel is great as well! Thanks!

While there are several other stores within driving distance, this is my “go to” store. The ladies at the self checkout counters are always very friendly and helpful. Any employee that I ever had to ask a question to has always been very friendly, and not act like I’m bothering them. The store is super clean and organized. Nice job.

I went to purchase a new water heater. Not something you really want to do. From the time I walked out. Very friendly and helpful. When the two gentlemen came to install the water heater they both very polite and efficient. They were also very respectful of myself and my home.

Got a good item ...at a good price...and had so great store folks help me out...

This is the third visit to this location and, again, lousy customer service. As a PRO member who spends tens of thousands a year, I am shocked. The employees need better training and to learn you are in the construction trades. Each time it is an older woman who doesn't know where things are and argues. This store needs to hire better people and teach them about the store and it's products.

The sales associate Judy was very helpful, she was able to call somebody to cut plywood and then rang me out.

All ways have what I need for my rentals Tools , paint, cabinets, lumber…

But a drill set the other day, was greeted right away. An was helped in finding what I needed. And they also help me compare to see which was better. So friendly and the store was a very clean. Everything is organized so it's easy to find.
