We bought our new deck material from Home Depot along with HOG wire hand rails and we LOVE it !!

Bought some paint and sales person helped me pick out what kind of sheen. Also got help in the insecticide department. This store made me feel wanted

Today I went to HD for a grass issue, the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jerry and asked if I needed help. I said yes and he walked me to the area. Gave me several options and walked away so I can decide. A few minutes later came back and helped me carry a few bags. He had Garrett ring me up and made sure my grass was loaded in my car. He even told me if I had any questions or problems to just let him know. Highly recommend him.

Jerry was a great help during my shopping trip and check out!

We only shop at this Home Depot Location because it really has the feel of a small, family hardware store, with the advantage of a large inventory of items at great low prices. Super nice employees, outstanding customer service & if you have a question or need help, the employees are always helpful & accurate. I highly recommend this Home Depot Location!

The manager, Collin and his team at the Roswell, GA store (Holcomb Bridge Rd.) understands the definition of professional service and the importance of being customer centric! Collin obviously sets the tone and standard for professional customer service, as it shows in each of his associates that I came in contact with during my extremely pleasant shopping experience in his store! This type of service today is rare! Kudo's Collin!

Employees always very helpful even making suggestions on how to better do a particular project. I always find whatever I need to do any project.

Though a Roswell native, I have lived in 21 houses in 21 years all across Atlanta and I recently moved back to Roswell. As a guest of all Home Depots in Atlanta, Roswell Home Depot is home to me (even as far back as when this location was in Kings Market), and is consistently the best experience in Atlanta.

For several decades we've been using this Home Depot. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We've even needed assistance by managers and they've been prompt, attentive and courteous. Definitely shop here!

Had challenges with a brand new dishwasher and Mark, Alan and Vicky were super helpful and responsive trying to make the situation right.

I came to this Home Depot on the Friday 16th around 6pm. I can't say enough how amazing and exceptional the customer service was. The Lady who assisted me her name is VICKI. I bought materials for building a large deck and a pergola roof at this store and the sales associates was incredibly helpful and awesome to work with. He could comprehend the architectural design details and could compute a material list that was spot on. I have been very satisfied with my purchase of composite materials and metal joints for my project.

I ordered planters online & went to pick up as instructed in the email saying they were ready. Got to store & my order was unavailable. Planters were not in stock so they were to be delivered from another store. NEVER DELIVERED & ORDER WAS CANCELLED!

I found a bucket list Philodendron. Lovely experience. Garden center was easy to access and easy to shop in. The employees were just wonderful.

I shopped here for plants for my spring garden and was thrilled with the selection, prices and quality!

I was in the door at 6am and I was in a tremendous rush. At checkout the battery kept shutting down the device than scans the merchandise. The lady in checkout area did a wonderful job assisting with resolving the issue. She got the battery replaced quickly and got me on my way. She was very polite and made my day. To her I say thank you very much.

Shelley helped find everything I needed in the store, she walked me to each isle and helped me look for everything I needed. Very helpful
