Everytime I come in I'm greeted numerous times and asked if I need help. If I need any , the employees are always willing to help or find someone who can.

I had a hot water heater emergency while my wife was in the hospital. I called the Home Depot next day water heater installation service and was assured that my military discount would be accepted at time of payment. Once the service was finished and I went to the store, they denied my military discount because I went through the home services and didn't buy it at the store. I did not have the opportunity to purchase at the store because my wife had just been released from the hospital and we got to the house to a garage full of water. I understand not being able to discount the labor, but the parts and the water heater should not even be a question. This ended up costing me an extra 150.00 and that will be the last time that I step foot into a Home Depot both for my home and business purchases.

We bought a hose and sprayer for an event. We were welcomed into the store and that person was able to direct us to the items we needed. The service is always reliable. Additionally, the employees are also very knowledgeable and able to assist with our project needs. This store does not disappoint.

Paid for a grill and waited half an hour for someone to unlock the grills. When the person did arrive, I was in customer service line. I told him I was tired of waiting and was going to get my money back. He did not say a word, just took my receipt and issued the refund. He also told me there was nobody above him in the store, but the ASD proved that to be a lie, but she took up for the employee even though she agreed that 30 minutes was too long to wait. Instructions say not to mention competitors so I will just say that even though I live in the city this store is located, I will be crossing the bridge and purchase my grill from a competitor. I am sorry that you are losing me as a customer, although both employees basically said they did not care. But I have lots of contacts in town that will listen to me and might quit your store as well. I have been a customer of this store since they opened.

I bought a washer and dryer

My husband and I just recently bought a home and were overwhelmed with the amount of help we received from the employees at this location. Angel in particular was incredible with assisting us with our purchase and possible van rental, Cheri pointed us in the right direction to get started with our shopping list and we had a great conversation with Larry, a fellow New Yorker! We can’t wait for our next project knowing we’re in good hands!

Happy with all the service I encountered

I have always been told that if you can get to the problem, try to fix it yourself, before calling a service. Home Depot has always been my place to get parts for a repair or a project. Sales people are friendly and do a pretty good job of trying to help find what you need.

We buy all our materials here and we love great customer service.

I am a “do it your self guy”. If HD doesn’t have it .... you probably don’t need it!!

Christy is the best cashier at the Rowlett store. She is always friendly, helpful and efficient.

I love the selection of plants they have.

Be sure to check any boxes that have been taped up. Usually are returned items and nobody seems to inspect them before putting them back on the shelf for you to buy.

This store consistently goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Especially during the pandemic sales associates went out of their way to offer safe and personalized care. We were in the high-risk category because of age. Sales associates went above and beyond to provide contact-free curbside service and to keep us and other customers safe. When our car wouldn't restart in a hot parking lot, they offered bottled water and a place for us to recharge our cell phone until roadside assistance arrived.

I wish they would put the entry in the middle

Friendly, knowledgeable employees.

The employees at this store are the most helpful. When asking where an item is they don't just tell you the aisle number, they take you to it. Even the young man stocking went and found an associate who could help me with my questions. This is my go to store for all my projects.

I love the Home Depot in Rowlett. Overall the employees are helpful and friendly. They take time to make sure I get what I need at the store.

I met Mark, at the Tool Rental section. He was extremely helpful and was very patient with my questions regarding the 3 year Ryobi power tool warranty. He explained the process and assured me that he would do everything he could to assist me. It was my first time having a problem with a Ryobi power tool. Mark set realistic expectations and explained the steps in the process. He made me feel like a valued customer, and I appreciated that.

I would and would not recommend this store. Their are alot of older friendly people who have been with this store. At the same tocken I come in to this store now and get treated like a thief. The most of the management sita back and just let things happen. The few that do try, I use to walk in and joke with the management that I lived their Mwith how much I was in that store. Now I get disrespected with alot. Bad customer service from a good majority

Do not shop at this store's garden center unless you want to wait, wait, wait for any help loading. They are always understaffed.

This store is filled with very kind helpful people. This goes a long way.
