Excellent Customer Service. Both Ricky and Johen made it a very pleasant and stress-free encounter. I'd recommend more employees such as them. They took time with my family and I, as we fired loads of questions at them, and they didn't force other options on us. They mentioned them, and if we said not interested, they continued. Usually, I feel like I am at a car dealership when I go to buy any appliance. The employees are always trying to sell you on the top of the line product, even if it's not the right "fit". I will definitely drive to this location from now on.

Home Depot has the same problems as all of us. The pandemic is requiring a lot of attention and personnel to provide the attention is not available yet. It is tough at times to find someone to help on the floor. HD will get it done. They will always be my store to go to for help.

Awful. Insufficiently staffed, which created long lines. Rude staff. Employees more interested in flirting with each other & guests than doing their work properly or at all. Too many better stores around to waste time at this dump.

Parking lot isn't big enough and carts are blocking spaces that are available. Store is dirty, isles are cluttered or blocked, staff could not provide answers because they didn't work in the department they were in and those that were roaming ignored my request for help. They were out of stock with the fence posts I needed despite their computers showing they had 20. They did have lots of available checkout lanes so getting out quickly was possible

I just left this location and I'm disappointed. I was in the flooring aisle, because I need to purchase plank flooring and I need installation services. There were two older caucasian women in the aisle and a young lady was helping them. When she finished helping them she bypassed me to help a caucasian gentleman. Another young lady walks right past me, and goes to offer help to the Caucasian women. You know the ones that were already helped multiple times. I'm black and sadly use to biases in West Palm Beach County. What is comical in this case is the two women that ignored me and my business were black women. I assume they could tell by looking at me in my casual clothing my profession? I guess they could tell the budget I had and needed to spend? I guess they could tell I earn 6 figures annually, am a business owner, Author...wait they couldn't tell! If you need to validate the details I shared, my receipt number is attached. I'm going across the street to their competitor to purchase the plank flooring and installation services that I need ASAP. Both of these women cost you money today and I'll also be halting visiting this location.

Thank you Jason for making my experience in buying a washer and dryer as painless as possible. I really appreciate the time you took to assist in helping me. I was only supposed to be looking and would make a decision later. I ended up purchasing the unit and it was actually on sale. Appreciate your special attention and wonderful customer service!!!

The plumbing associate did not try at all to find an item I was looking for and told me his store does not carry that item and tried to sell me a more expensive item which wasn't appropriate. I had already told him that I was at another HD store which was out of this item and that staff member checked his computer and told me seven of the items I was looking for were available at this store. Despite me telling that to this associate he said different stores don't all carry the same items. After much searching in his store I finally found the item I was looking for MYSELF despite being told they don't carry that item.

Bought a bottle of Beckett Pond Clarifier. When I brought it home, my husband shook the bottle as it felt light. He opened the cap and found the inner seal opened. The bottle had been used.

Stacia in major appliances was an amazing salesperson. She spent 2 days with me helping me to find the right appliances. She is to be commended for her professionalism and her kindness.

Many items not in stock. Unfriendly employees who do not know about the products in the departments they wprk in

This is One of the Best place in Town to go Shopping or Stuff like the one you need to renovate, clean and organize your Home or Garage, but if you are thinking about other type of projects like building something don't think to much about it, to visit this place.

The staff is always very helpful, polite and professional. They exceed my expectations.

Went to get supplies for a greenhouse, a very nice lady took out time to take me to where the spikes were. The checkout line was fast and the cashier Carla was very nice and efficient.

if you need expert, friendly assistance in floor tiles (and probably a lot more because we suspect she has an even broader wealth of knowledge), seek out JEANNIE as she is top of the line!

associates were helpful, found the DeWalt power tool Package with an employees help, parking is a little tight.

Knowledgeable friendly staff clean store, the only thing I could say is the garden department could use more variety of flowers, excellent herbs and veggies though.

Had an amazing visit to this Home Depot. When I entered on a Saturday morning, there was a line that stretched past at least 4 aisles. 10 minutes later, 2 items in hand I approached the end of the line, but it was gone, completely gone! I walked right up to register and checked out. Outstanding response to a very long line.

This review pertains solely to the millwork department. Every other experience in the store has been stellar and previous reviews have been written about the high level of customer service and assistance provided by other HD associates. Millwork department provided terrible customer service, failed to follow up with customer when they said they would required an excessive amount of visits to try to resolve and escalation to multiple supervisors.

Very pleased with my experience at this location. It was a busy day and my needs were for the paint department. JR in paints went above and beyond to assist me. He took his time to answer all my question and provided me with the best solution and products for my project within my budget. Thank you JR for all you do to make a difference and stand out as a great customer service provider.

Today was such a great day for me at my Home Depot. The associates were readily available which is a rare experience, I don’t remember the name of the person who helped me on the floor but the young lady who helped me check out was great as well. I believe her name was Ana, she was awesome. Great work to everyone who helped me that day!
