It has everything I need

went to the garden shop for 24 bags of marble chips & several bags of paver sand to find the 2 people qualified to drive the forklifts were both at lunch. i had to load them by hang into my truck with the help of my 82 yr old father-in-law. Poor planning on their part. Service is just not what it used to be.

I was worried to go there alone to buy some bulky items, but the employees helped me from the picking to the loading process. I love this store and would not think of buying anywhere else.

I have never left a home improvement store so happy. I went in with a problem and no idea how to solve it. I spoke with Brian in the garden section and he not only listened but MacGyvered a solution to the problem.He worked so excitedly and made my experience amazing.

Shirley embodies all the qualities one could hope for in a person, making every interaction an absolute delight. From the moment I met Shirley, their warm and welcoming nature instantly put me at ease. Her infectious positive energy is truly infectious, radiating in every conversation we had. Shirley possesses an incredible ability to make others feel heard and valued, which creates an environment where one can freely express themselves without reservation. Lackluster acknowledgement from staff after waiting almost an hour to get stockade fence loaded onto my trailer after I had purchased it earlier in the day.

I went to the store today and we were looking for a extension to our shower head we met Robin who stopped and helped us in the store this lady went on her hands and knees to get what we needed on a bottom shelf.she was down there for more then 5 mins showing us different ones I was treated so very nice this lady was a angel I'm not kidding she went above to help us and made 2 old people very happy Thank- you Robin from merchandise Team

5/$10 on mulch..Can't beat that price..

I purchased an LG washing machine and the customer service lady, Shirley, was so kind and pleasant that she came across like long time friend, not a sales person with a sales pitch. We instantly loved her.

I was very surprised whit the variety of singles hole faucets that Home Depot had to offer and how easy the videos made it to install

We have had to purchase 3 new appliances in the last 4 months. We purchased them all at this Home Depot and could not be happier with the service we received. The first order had a delay, but that was not the stores fault, it was the manufacturer and the Home Depot customer service line was very helpful each time I called. On the 2nd purchase, we had to return the original fridge and replace it due to sizing issues. The sales rep, Shirley, was amazing with my original purchase (and helped saved me money!) When we had to go back to pick out the replacement, she wasn't on duty but the gentleman that helped us was very nice. He ultimately had to get the manager on duty involved for a price match (which was a big one and they did it without hesitation!) There were some other things (coupons and matching the original financing agreement) that she also had to help with. She could not have been any nicer or more helpful. It was an excellent customer service experience all the way around! Kudos to all involved!

I usually enjoy my trips to this Home Depot and usually have limited interractions with the employees. But on this trip I had 2 great experiences with 2 different employees. In the plumbing aisle, I was looking for tubing and was asked if I needed help and he didn't just point me to the aisle but took the time to get me just what I needed. Then, in the paint aisle, while looking for white exterior paint, I picked out what I thought was what I wanted and an employee asked if I was all set. I said yes but he asked specifically what I needed and when I told him, he looked at what I had picked out and told me I had the wrong paint and got me the right stuff.

Went to go get a shelf that another customer had customized. Brought to checkout, the cashier Connor had SUCH a bad attitude. I said something to him amd I guess he ignored me. When I said it again he responded "what" with big time attitude. I asked to speak with a manager for a price adjustment since the shelf was shorter than it was supposed to be. He literally sighed so loud, threw the price scanner on the counter and walked away. The manager came by and asked if there was a problem. I told him about the attitude then paid and just left I didn't want to be in there anymore. Terrible customer service. If you're that sick of your job, find another one. Miserable.

Just bought this snow blower. I can't wait to use it
