I have been a long-time customer at Home Depot and have shopped at this store since it first opened. The people that work here are happy to 'go a second mile' with you to help you with your project, large or small - if you are building a house or just putting a picture on your wall.

I highly recommend this store. I have been here many times and am always met with friendly, helpful employees. Today I came here to make one of the largest appliance purchases I have ever made (kitchen suite), and I was assisted by the most helpful, professional, friendly specialist I have come across in a while. Brent was incredibly helpful and made my buying experience a much more enjoyable one with his expertise and reliability. Thanks Brent! and thanks Home Depot!

Everyone was very friendly. Also, my boyfriend and I bought a lot of bricks and two employees even helped us carry them into our car.

The staff in the gardening department were excellent, they were friendly, physically helpful and knowledgeable regarding their products. It was a very pleasant experience.

The customer service I received made an everyday errand to grab some cleaning supplies extra enjoyable. I was greeted by several employees during my visit, and they were all eager to help me find what I was looking for. One associate, Maria, went above and beyond to help me and even saved me some money by finding me a coupon to use on a product I was purchasing. I have never shopped at this location before, but would go out of my way to return to this store the next time I need any type of home improvement item.

The store was very clean and organized. Associates was available to help in many of the isles. I did find my items quickly.

I enjoyed the welcoming representative at this store. She was kind and very helpful. I was looking for a wick to put in my kerosene heater for replacement and she pointed me in the right direction.

The cashier Candace was very friendly. Store was clean and easily accessible by the Main Street. It had what I needed and was able to get in and out easily. I had to wait for assistance but I was finally helped.

Cort in Customer Service is awesome! He went out of his way to help me find the item I needed (that was not in stock) at another store for me and placed my order so that all I had to do was visit the other store and pick up my item! Friendly associates throughout the store too!

HIGH level of customer service! The staff showed interest and commitment in helping to resolve my issue. With such stellar customer service attitude (from staff members Ken, and Marty in the Equipment Rental Department, in particular), I cannot be more satisfied.

Disappointed there was no one on the floor to offer help finding some items, Several employees standing around talking up front, maybe they were all on brake at the same time, but that didn't help me. Cashier was more concerned about everyone giving he a "5" on the survey than doing her job and getting use out the door. I go in and out of a lot of Depots and this was the least favorite one.

never shop here again. I take my time shopping for my lumber, tell the cashier I will leave it here, need to get paint and I will be right back, and when I get back its all gone! I ask her "where did my lumber go"? she was filing her nail, and she doesn't say anything but picks up the phone and calls someone , talks real low for a few minutes then hangs up, looks at me and says " they put it back". then proceeds with the next customer! are you kidding me! it took me 30 - 40 min to pick that out! I ask her to call the manager, he's too busy, I get the assistant, he gets a guy to help me the lumber again. after all this, the guy walks me to my truck with all my lumber says " is there isn't anything else I can help you with, have a nice day" AND WALKS AWAY! leave me with all this lumber to load into my SUV. I am not a small woman, but my gosh, I was just standing there in shock! that this guy just left me there. I will never shop there again.

Can't remember guys name that helped us but he was great! And Hazel the cashier made it even better
