The associate in the garden center was friendly and helpful. Went for plants, found what I needed and was in and out in no time.

The staff is very attentive and always available to help find items, load items, etc… Great service!

Run, don't walk to another store! The employees are incredibly rude and not helpful, and when you ask to speak to a manager they will tell you to go find them yourself! I bought cabinets off the shelf (Cambridge...don't buy those either) and one was horribly warped...instead of them helping me to find another cabinet that wasn't bad I was greeted by a lot of smart comments. The manager never came but one associate did that sort of helped...I got to buy the least screwed up cabinet!!! The thing that makes me upset about this is the way I was treated...why talk to a woman this way and not help??? Did you expect me to buy a single cabinet and return it multiple times??? Why wouldn't you actually help??? I kid you not...the two wise guys actually took the cabinets away from me!!!

Very nice store and garden center. Cashier a very helpful friendly man. Wish you were not out of tarp for the trunk of car to protect them from dirt and plants. No biggie!

In this review I can say that it was a great experience. Great customer service this time. However not everytime.

IF you are OLD and have a "FEW" medical problems and you are buying something heavy or a large quantity of something, like 30 bags of mulch, then take somebody with you to HELP you because you MIGHT NOT get any help from the employees there as I DIDN'T!

The hardware guys are fantastic

My experience was a great one. Purchased carpeting. The Floor Specialist, Avery Webb, worked with me and I was totally satisfied. The field measurer messed up and after speaking more to Avery he got down to the bottom of the matter and made things right again. Find Avery Webb in Flooring for all your flooring needs. He CARES!!

Customer satisfaction, it is what business it's all about. an employee named Logan was extraordinary, he is a problem solver and he has a higher standard of how to treat people. Overall, I highly recommend this location.

The garden center is great! Very helpful employees and the outside cashiers are the best! Need help they’re there to do just that! Needed assistance with a garden hose that didn’t kink and whala your representative was there to assist us with a great choice while supplies were limited that day. Excellent visit that day!

Everything about the store is pretty much excellent. Wish they had the #10 HEPA filter for air conditioning. They used to. Aside from that, I have ALWAYS been happy with their inventory, cleanliness and the helpfulness of the employees (I have actually not shopped anywhere where they are as good as these folks.

Store was very clean and employees were very friendly. Jessica Stanko, a project designer in the Kitchen & Bath was especially helpful and guided me along my selection of color, finishes etc. Because of her excellent customer service and assistance, I purchased my new kitchen countertop at Home Depot, Cape Coral. A great selection of quartz at a reasonable price. A very pleasant experience!

Three complaints that continue to be ignored by management of this store: 1. Actually pick up flatcars from the parking lot and make them available in the store. It is frustrating to get inside and not have any available since they're all throughout the parking lot. 2. Make the pickup area useable. Don't allow vehicles to left unattended blocking the entire pickup area. One employee told me that's how contractors use that area, and it was just "tough" if I had a problem with it. This person needs a new job somewhere else. 3. Actually stripe that potion of the parking area that is supposed to be for vehicle with trailers. As presently stripped, it is marked for both regular parking and trailers, with lines that cross over each other.

This store is well stocked considering the pandemic we are in as compared to other stores. The tool rental department is GREAT. The heavy equipment and various trailers they have for rent is awesome. The tool repair is a life saver.
