The managers and employees always do the small things for customers/contractors, even having hot coffee ready in the mornings....I appreciate that. It's a nice touch !

This store is better than any hardware store in the area, stocking plenty of items and keeping the store looking neat. Employees were kind courteous and helpful. Taking their time and being patient with multiple questions. They all seem to know where to look for weird out of the ordinary items. I was assisted by a man named Jason and he was super helpful! Thanks Home Depot. You make it feel like home. Customer service is what sets you apart from competitors.

This store and the Costa Mesa store is where I shop for all my fix it and construction needs. Seldom are they out of stock on anything I have needed. However, thanks to their online service, I can check stock and if questionable, give them a call. I have ordered product that was delivered on time or before expected and have always had good experiences shopping at these two stores. I give both these stores 5 Star rating.

Everyone that is working in this store knows exactly where everything is located, and you will have no problem getting what you came for, Great service

Marvin from Electric helped me out so much. He answered all of my questions and he did so with a lot of patience. I have almost zero home-maintenance experience so his kindness was greatly appreciated.

The Lady in the garden department was very helpful. She gave the correct knowledge of the plant that i bought.

Great , Clean store, Associates are always there to help

Clean store. Floor associates are nice. Entered the store where 2 associates were out front displaying the Cambria tent.. cussing up a storm amongst themselves.. didn’t greet. Returns cashier Dora was rude. Doesn’t act like she wants to be at work. Made me feel like I was lying about my return of the faulty propane tank I purchased yesterday. ... come on guys get it together.. Home Depot as a company stands for so much more than what your employees as giving from the outside looking in.. coming from a former employee of over 10 years..

Desperate to replace our failed BBQ on Christmas Eve, my wife and I went to this Corona location after discovering that the new BBQ we wanted wasn't in stock at the other 3 locations closer to home. We'd never been to this store before, but we've had plenty of experience at other Home Depot locations. This location is a stand-out in cleanliness and friendly personnel. Upon leaving the store, we both commented in amazement about how pleasant this shopping experience had been and how friendly and professional the sales associate, Chris, was during our time with him at the store. Keep up the good work!

More out of stocks again. Don’t bother to ask for help, unless you want to spend a good portion of your day waiting for nothing

What a difference, received outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable help in each department, fast checkout and help with loading materials on our van. Noticed that management has increased staffing levels to enable this improved level of support.

I had a very nice shopping experince at these home depot mainly because of SYLVIA, very attentive to my need, even when I entered the store, the clerk in the front who directed me to where I needed to go, was very nice, pointed me to the right Dept, led me to Sylvia..

Self checkout machines never seem to be working. If your in a hurry this not the store to come to.
