I was in the store for over two hours. Didn’t receive any help. The only person that was there to help with Mark. If it wasn’t for him I will still be there. He did an amazing job more people like mark

The service was excellent, Brion really took his time to give us personalized advice and answered every gardening question we had with patience and expertise. Also, at check out, everything moved smoothly and the employee who helped us was very kind.

I bought a crafted citrus plant ! this to said no that cant take it cause I cut the stand! they have no idea that crafted tree are cut! they said no and no !Jessica the ''supervisor''and the MOD Deidrah her body language was more like tried to intimidate me! I showed another crafted citrus plant that they have the cut! and she said no that I cut it after showing her the other ones! Jessica and the MOD Deidrah. are the worse and no idea about crafted plant ! ohh if you bother to read the label of crafted citrus tree...that part that said CARE! it said you can prune cut it if it gets bigger ! and I'm a pro extra customer my receipt said I got 365 days ! I hope the regional manager to call me ! those two got to go ! to Jessica ''Supervisor and Deidrah the ''MOD'' I wish for your career at Home-depot end, but here's my advice ... reading is fundamental ! when you read what you sell there, you get knowledge! I'm a paying customer you don't accuse people of cutting plants. if you only knew why I got it and why I was there to return it! but that's none of the business!

BUYING HERE OFTEN AND ALWAYS GREAT EXPERIENCE.

They have everything you need! Including helpful & informative staff ! Only down side is they don’t have Apple Pay! I have faith that they’ll get it

Overall, Home Depot is great. The organization should stay on top of its stores in the big cities, but other than that, I love this store.

Loved this store since it’s grand opening.

I brought a refrigerator one day ago the young lady went beyond to help my husband and I to purchase a refrigerator and to be able to take it home the same day. We are so grateful for her help.

They have enough stock and the employees are customer friendly and they have good knowledge about products in the store.

SO RUDE service, My husband went to this store and tried to ask sales person named Tim to check if more joist hangers are available. He rolled his eyes to my husband and walked away.

Dis not regret buying things from you guys

I was very surprised that the cashier took the time to help me apply for the Home Depot credit card which I definitely needed!

I really love the plumbing tools I bought from home depot.

There is an associate by the name of Peter he has such remarkable customer service skills! He showed interest in myself as a customer along with just going above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied!! I swear now days customer service isn’t the best, but Peter is an example of how it should be done!!!

I was able to easily find store associates who were knowledgeable and very helpful!!

Don’t ever rely on the website or app inventory for this store. It’s never accurate. Could reflect hundreds of an item, and it’s not shelved because employees don’t care at all, refuse to look for items from the back, it’s always dirty, and nothing is ever where it’s supposed to be.

I always enjoy going to this Home Depot store. I can usually find what I'm looking for

Very satisfied with the South Philadelphia Home Depot the young lady in the appliance department was extremely helpful putting a wonderful kitchen package together for me. I walked out of Lowe’s because the young man refused to take the time to put a kitchen package together for me.

Pictures of the doors should list exterior and interior views and provide more info on the swing (inner or outer). If your contractor explained a little instead of measuring and leaving and emailing the purchase price and installation cost, I might have asked the question is this interior or an exterior view of the door?

Poor customer service. This store gives Home Depot a bad wrap. Educate and train the staff on products and good customer service!!!!!

I recently visited the home Depot on Columbus boulevard in Philadelphia and I was greeted and helped by so many employees they were kind professional knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure that I had everything I needed. This is hands down my favorite home Depot that I've ever been to!
