Preen 5 lb container is clearly priced $23, but rings @ $35. This is an ongoing problem for over a week now. Garden plants clearly marked 50% off ring up at full price. And associate would not honor their own signage stating 50% off.

Then man who takes care of the tool section is very knowledgeable and know where everything is located.

Every single shopping trip i do, from small to large thousands of dollars i bring to HOME DEPOT. The staff is super knowledgeable in their department and of building trades in general! Definitely my go to store while working in Schuylkill.

The employees at the St Clair stope are always very nice and willing to help you. They should be recognized for this.

Staff and management are top-notch! Eager to help, positive, knowledgeable! I maxed out my Home Depot credit card, bought $5,000 worth of building materials. Staff was SO helpful and accomodating, letting me store flooring in their store until I was ready for it! Easy to return stuff! No hassle! Products were good quality! I will NEVER shop anywhere else!

I purchased a Dewalt DCCS620 20V Cordless Chainsaw that included a battery and charger. After opening the box, I attempted to charge the battery. Either the charger or battery in non-functional. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Now, I need to make a return trip to Home Depot to return the previously purchased chainsaw and purchase another one!

I bought a hot water heater that was in stock. Staff helped retrieve this bulky item from a second shelf. They were professional.

The employees from this store were great but after having a bad experience with a dryer I purchased I will not buy another appliance from Home Depot. All told it cost me about 185.00 to get a replacement for a bad appliance they sold me. I don't blame the store employees but I shouldn't have to pay for being delivered a lemon appliance. Never again. I had to hire an electrician to check my service to make sure it wasn't on my end. So I paid $50.00 to find out it was their problem. HomeDepot should have to pay for that, not me. Had to purchase a more expensive dryer, I shouldn't have had to do that either. I will need a refrigerator soon but I can guarantee I will not get it from Home Depot.

EVERY TIME I GO TO HOME DEPOT, I AM MET WITH EMPLOYEES WHO ARE COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE . THE PRODUCTS ARE PLENTIFUL AND NOT HIGH PRICED. I JUST REMODLED MY KITCHEN WITH COUNTERTOPS AND CABINETS WITH PRODUCTS FROM HOME DEPOT AND I AM VERY SATISFIED. I LOVE SHOPPING THERE, AS A MATTER OF FACT FOR CHRISTMAS I ASK FOR GIFT CARDS FROM HOME DEPOT. GREAT STORE, FANTASTIC MANAGER MATT AND GREAT GIRLS, COLLEEN, TAYLOR, THOMASINE AND PAIGE.

Every time I shop at Home Depot I can't get over how friendly and helpful the employees are.They make customer service a priority at this store. I have not had the same positive experiences at another local big box store where some of the employees can't be bothered to help you, grumble which aisle something is in, (and they are usually wrong or don't know) or hide rather than be of assistance. At this Home Depot the employees will take you right to the place you need to be to find something and they do it with a smile. That is what keeps me coming back

Kirby and Bob were a tremendous help loading our truck with tons of bricks. I wanted to give them a tip but they said it wasn’t necessary. You have two very good employees there. We also love your store supply and variety. Better than St Clair Lowe’s.

there were 2 bronco lawn mowers. Purchased , paid asked for delivery. was told 1 week. I asked and told the people i wanted the one without the huge dent in its hood.Was told no problem. 2 days b4 delivery i get a call and was told the only one they had has a big dent. I should deal with it. calling back to complain to supervisor. dont like to be lied and manipulated on damaged goods without bargaining. Especially after it was already paid for.

The St. Clair H. D. location has always been my own personal favorite, as I am involved with residential construction projects in three states. The vast majority of employees are always willing to provide assistance, and I must remark, Thomasine in particular, continually provides me with professional assistance in a number of areas, to accommodate my customer needs. I am hopeful that this "customer service" trend continues at this location, and I feel that it will, because of the presence of the competent management team that is continually visible on an every day basis.
