This store is consistently inconsistent. Sometimes, I encounter an employee (usually the longer term people) that are very helpful and engaging, other times, they treat you like you're distracting them from their business! This store is often out of stock of the items I need and I find it (via the web application) to be indicated in stock at other Home Depot stores in the area. If you have another Home Depot close to you, shop there instead.

Juan in lumber on 05/17/18 at 7pm was very helpful and made several cuts for me at the saw. He was genuinely there to help me and did not give an attitude when I ask for several cuts.

Many people with orange aprons roaming around, but not much help, not even to their own employees.

Had a great plant experience here - both from finding a wide range of planting medium, to some cool new pot designs, to being able to tap into expertise on optimal growing conditions for some hibiscus I was considering. A great trip!

I enjoy doing my shopping for items such as weed killer, bird seed, cleaning solutions, etc. at the San Carlos Home Depot store. I know that there is always help if I can't locate items. The associates are always helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and the store is well stocked. I'm 80 years old and enjoy my shopping at Home Depot in San Carlos.
