Well stocked. Very helpful employees. Ken Bobek was extra helpful. We will be going to him for all our flooring needs.

THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME IS NAMED GREGG. HE WAS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT I NEEDED TO DO RIGHT AWAY. DIRECTED ME TO THE PARTS I NEEDED. USUALLY, STAFF SEEM TO AVOID CUSTOMERS AND DON'T HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MATERIALS THEY ARE SELLING IN THEIR DEPARTMENT. GREGG WAS OUTSTANDING!

Extremely long lines and unhelpful staff. An employee suggested I talk to a manager as they get many complaints, but a manager did not show up when called.

Julie and Joshua at the pro desk are the best part of this Home Depot. However, the store is very clean, very organized, and leaps and bounds ahead of any other Home Depot I've been to. But Julie and Joshua make the checkout experience painless, and full of laughter!

Josh was great! He went out of his way to overcome obstacles and get my order delivered on time, so it didn't slow down our work. Some people take the attitude that whatever your problem is is your problem, not theirs. Josh took the opposite approach and treated my concern that we wouldn't get the materials for our job in a timely fashion as being his problem. We got our material onetime! His follow up was great. he had a lot of patience and never got flustered, no matter what. Josh is friendly and professional. It was a pleasure working with him. He delivered what he could out of his stock and tracked down the remaining items from other stores and organized that delivery. He went above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks Josh!

Cashier Julie is the only reason I come to this store, she is pleasant to deal with, provides great customer services and always makes me smile! Avoid Randy he’s awful and smells really bad!

Plenty of material and products to select from. If product/s is/are not available, store representatives will help you order on line, can't get any easier than that!

Staffs are very friendly and support to find products.

Overall this location is a very good store. Over the years we have had a few problems with custom orders, but in general is always easy to find products, good prices, and friendly helpful staff.

Easy in and out

Jasmine was incredible! She was a huge pleasure to interact with, she helped us out a ton and made sure we were properly set up to have everything we needed.

I really was surprised by how different this Home Depot is to Emeryville and Oakland. There were lots of willing associates to assist and easy check out. I had an outstanding customer service experience with a man named Adolf in flooring. He was really amazing, helpful, resourceful and got it done....all the way to the check out line. Finding a box of flooring in the store was no easy task, he never gave up and luckily, it matches my existing flooring!
