Experience is very good

It was so nice to not have to go out of our way to look for someone to help, right away as we were walking a young lady at the return/customer service area asked if we needed any help and she looked something up for us. Then a young gentleman in the outdoor area helped get a very large outdoor gas fireplace. It was so refreshing to see such young people being so helpful and not just ignoring people.

My wife and I had a very nice visit to our local Home Depot. Everyone was friendly and helpful and there were plenty of staff and product. Great store!

We purchased wood, the associate ask if we needed it cut to size. He was very attentive to our needs. After cutting it, and us paying, he proceeded to load it into our truck.

I purchased new garage doors on April 4th. Ken Shrader was at the Pro desk & so helpful. He asked if I had one picked out and proceeded to build the doors as I wanted and added the extra accents & garage door openers. He was quick & knowledgeable. However when got to car realized a mistake on receipt so then had Vicky to change the mistake on order. Both sure know their jobs. However cpl days later we realized we had to change doors. Back to Home depot and Again had a great employee, Josh, at Pro desk to make everything go smoothly and quickly. This store makes any shopping experience easy.

Missy at the front desk is terrible person! If u hate your job so much go work somewhere else!

The store had a good selection of merchandise, but I could not fine someone in the electrical section to assist me. The main concern was that they did not have any standard check out lanes, everything was self-checkout. Offering self-checkout along with traditional checkout is fine, but don't eliminate the regular checkout lanes where an employee will scan your items and accept your payment.

Purchased a in home carpet measurement scheduled and confirmed for today. Appointment CONFIRMED by email from Home Depot 2 days ago. No one calls or shows up today. Called store and also measurement service said they don't know what happened but no one was assigned to the job....Now they want me to take another day off to reschedule 2 weeks from today.

Thanks to Mack for helping me out and cutting my insulation for me. I wouldn't have been able to get it home if he didn't help me. You guys have a great staff! Thanks again!

The first person we asked for help went “to find someone who works in lumber” and no one arrived. The second person stared at the bowed and split lumber and then gave the excuse that the forklifts were on charge so he couldn’t get down the overstock. We walked around both forklifts and neither were plugged in so we were perplexed at this comment. The third employee ROBERT from freight with his trainee TYLER got a forklift (yes still not plugged in), secured the area, and had the overstock down in less than five minutes. He did all this cheerfully and made sure we were happy before he left. We bought more than we planned to at this point. Having him (ROBERT) train is genius!

Clean and COVID safe environment. Employees are friendly and helpful.
