I purchased four $100 gift cards. The gift receipt did not have the balance or the last four digits of the gift card on it. The cashier tried to print them for me but had to call Amy the manager over to assist because the gift receipts only had a barcode… I did not show the last four digits of the gift card or the amount ($100). I explained what I was looking for to Amy and she said Customer Service could help me. I then explained the situation to DuJan in Customer Service and he kept saying the gift receipts with the barcode would be all someone would need. I tried to explain in several different ways that I was hoping to get a receipt for each gift card that showed the amount and the last four digits of the gift card. It is listed on my master receipt but I would like four separate ones to give to the four people these gift cards are going to. He kept insisting that the gift receipt with the barcode was all that would be needed by the recipient and I kept trying to explain that I would like them to have the balance and the card information on there. I asked if there was anyway to accomplish getting me the information. I suggested maybe they could void the sale and re-ring it up as for separate sales. This would give me a receipt with the information I needed on each. He said that was impossible because once gift cards are activated they cannot be returned. I said I do not want to return them I would just like a separate receipt for each one. Then he accused me of not listening to him. I said I am listening to you but I’m trying to find out if there is a way to get a receipt with the information I’m asking for. I said … I understand what you are saying about the gift receipt…but are you telling me that it’s not possible to get the information I’m asking for? Then, in a very condescending tone, DuJuan said to me “repeat back to me what I just told you. If you understand repeat it back to me.” I was flabbergasted in that moment, (he was treating me like a five-year-old). I told him “that was very condescending and you’ve just lost my business.” and I left the store. This is my neighborhood Home Depot and I’ve been shopping here for over 20 years and I am seriously considering never setting foot in the store again because of this interaction. What happened to the customer is always right?

This store does a lot of business and the parking lot is consistently buzzing! Despite the energy outside, staff inside are friendly, accommodating, and take pride in their store. The store is also kept clean and full of inventory. Keep up the great work!

The art of customer service is thriving and exceeding at The Home Depot in Sandy Springs. Everyone employee that I encounter every time I go to the Sandy Springs location greets me, looks me in the eye, is present in speaking to you, shows effort in assisting customers. If I could give 100 stars I would.

If you know what you want/need this is a good place to go.If you need help or advice this is not your place as the staff is not going to step up unless you seek one out. But for DIY this is a place to get what you need.

Just left Home Depot in Sandy Springs. We need a new refrigerator and I had the GE Profile model already chosen, so it was an an easy sale. However Charlie the appliance specialist made the experience hilarious, educational and he gave us some pre-emptive tips for delivery and install. Best appliance experience in 10 years+

Today I need to have my eyeglasses adjusted at Costco. I also need 30secClorox for my flagstone patio. I was able to park in one spot, get the glasses adjusted and walk across the parking lot to Home Depot and get the Clorox and some yard bags and a new Ryobi tool. I was back home in 45 minutes.

I came into the store looking for a dishwasher, and salesperson Phil Akers went above and beyond helping me. He was friendly and upbeat, and helped me work through my decision. Then despite construction renovation all around, and a new computer system, he completed the whole transaction, explaining everything to me along the way. Super service!

Worst Home Depot store I have ever been into. Only way to get out was to use self checkout (which I hate) or wait in very long line for the Only human cashier in store.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP IN PUMBING NOR IN GARDENING. WHEN THE MANAGER WAS CALLED HE DID NOT EVEN HELP LOAD THE GARDEN STUFF IN THE CAR.

The service in the repair department is excellent. Employees are very helpful and professional as throughout the store. There is always someone able to help me to find the product I need and associates very knowledgeable and advising me on the best solution.

Store representatives Susie,Riley,Jon are the best employees. They went above and beyond and helped us fit the Nexgrill griller into our trunk.We were not prepared to buy such a huge griller but the lucrative price and their help made it possible.

If I could give this negative stars I would. The flooring quoting, processing and installation process was a nightmare. I was quoted and paid in full for both carpet and hardwood. After the carpet was installed, the installer told me that they would not do the hardwood as quoted. So with half the job done, and more that 12 hours of mine time and 7 visits to the store my project is not complete and I have not been fully refunded. Bye, bye Home Depot.

Easy to get in and out of parking, helpful associates in locating items and at checkout (self-checkout). Found the under counter LED lights I needed.
