Customer is unsatisfactory, they can never get a paint match correct causing you to do double the work.

Almost always have what I’m looking for without having to go anywhere else the employees that are in charge of their departments know what they’re talking about and are helpful

Poor customer service especially from management of the store.

I like this store for ease of convivence and it has a nice garden department. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Craig is amazing- he's one of the floor associates, and he helped me get the correct lengths of wood cut for an at-home project. The store is nice as well, has most items in stock when I need them, and is relatively clean and friendly. I've never had a bad experience there. But I'm only driven to write this review because of the AMAZING customer service I received from Craig! Thanks Craig!

Quick and easy to find items, always a friendly helper to answer questions

The new manager Brenda she was extremely knowledgeable on the Home Depot. Her knowledge of building and remodeling of homes was amazing. She was qualified for her position. She really needs a raise in her paycheck.

The young lady Yvette working self checkout was very patient and friendly. She helped a older man check his items and even though the man was frustrated she made him feel comfortable and was very pleasant with him. She also went the extra mile to sanitize every credit card pad, scanner guns and counter top. Just wonderful to have your service Yvette.

Holly in the paint department is amazing! She was able to match a Home Depot Behr paint from 2010 and made up a small can for me. She went above and beyond after her coworker told me it couldn’t be matched without having a physical paint sample to work with. She is amazing!

Assistance was readily available and the staff was knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience.

Customer service needs improvement

I was looking for a specific light fixture and one of the associates helped me find it. They have an incredible stock of inventory. Also, the cashier/clerk was very helpful.

I received excellent customer service from sales associate, Kathleen. She was very professional, friendly and helpful to me in finding the right product for my needs. Kathleen works in the paint department, but she went out of her way to help me find what I needed in the cleaning department. I truly appreciated all her assistance. She made me feel that I was a valued customer of Home Depot. Thank you Kathleen, you are truly an asset to the Home Depot team.

very poor customer service, need I say more.. you rejected the firs honest t review so now I just say poor store to get help no one came to my aide when I requested.

This store is always well stocked and the staff and employee's always are prepared to assist you in finding the materials or products you are looking for.

Fully stocked clean store with readily accessible employees. The employees were very friendly and helpful. In and out in no time at all! Everyone wearing masks and socially distant!

Miserable trip today. Cashier in garden center left her long line of customers standing there while she helped a customer for 3-5 minutes. I went in to complain at customer service and that was even worse!

Store continually provides great value DYI items at very attractive prices if not the best prices. The return policy is the awesome if not completely satisfied with the product. Honestly, this is my go to store for all tools and home projects materials.

Weeks so grood

This store is poorly stocked, the aisles have numerous boxes obstructing the aisles. Also many items that their website says are in stock, are not. Looks to be a very poorly managed store.

If you want professional help and need an expert don't go anywhere else. The staff and their staff of professional's go overboard every time we are in the store to be sure we get what we need every time. Helpful, Courteous and its one stop to just get it done! From the building department and kitchen appliances and everything else!
