This Home Depot is clean, bright, well stocked AND Sam in the garden area is AMAZING!

Lorraine is a Rock Star.

Generally this store is fine. A little less busy than others which is nice. The employees are not generally helpful though and I find it difficult to get help when needed, and products are frequently not stocked in shelves properly leading to me hunting around for items that should be in the correct locations but are not.

Good selection, fair pricing, helpful employees.

Everyone at this store is always ready,. willing and able to assist with finding the right product for your needs. If they can't answer your question, they put you in touch with the associate who can. Very knowledgeable, very friendly

Great product availability and a whole team that is genuinely eager to assist and make your shopping trip a success!

When I need help finding something or advice on a product the salespeople at this store are particularly helpful and available. Sounds odd to say, but their bathroom is always very very clean. That's important to me when I'm on various jobsites all day and it's a lot better than a portajohn.

Awesome store good service

During my visit I was assisted by Bryan in the Electrical Dept. and he was extraordinarily professional, patient, knowledgable and personable. I don't know if all the employees are equally outstanding but the cashier John was fantastic. And then, while walking to my truck, a couple of other employees (don't know their names) were taking a break and were equally as friendly and engaging. During these "strange" times, I just wanted to thank the employees for going "above & beyond".

Always get good advise at this store.. highly recommended

Home Depot is always the first place I go for hardware/home improvement needs

I bought some bouganveilla plants yesterday and was helped by a very nice man. He made me trip pleasant and I forgot about just how much money I was about to spend on plants. Way to go John! You’re awesome

Has lost a lot experienced Associates. Needs to hire knowledgeable % experienced People. Needs to better train new, younger associates across the board.

i recently purchased an appliance package! i visited a competing store and was disappointed with the customer service.

From the paint department to the plant department to the lighting department - every question I asked was answered, no one rolled their eyes at me, helped me find what I needed.

Thank you to the several employees who had a smile in their eyes and a warm welcome. It was nice. And thank You for maintaining efficiency as well.

Iv'e been to many Home depot stores in the mid-west and Arizona, Iv'e come to expect friendly and knowledgeable employees, large selections of products and a clean and organized store. That's exactly what I got at this store, no complaints here.

Nothing spectacular, wasn't greeted or thanked once

The assistant manager (Richard Murphy I believe was his name) was disrespectful and gave me attitude while another cashier was assisting me. I lost a receipt for some items and Richard was interrupting us and lied stating I was not able to return an item without a receipt (keep in mind I just wanted store credit). I then replied "is this on the Home Depot website or what's the reason". Richard responded because "I said so." He was unprofessional and not only thCat the cashier gave me cash back but because we were interrupted so many times I was short by 100 dollar I did not notice until I got on the freeway so I had to go back to the store and explained the situation they said they couldn't do anything at the moment, I would have to wait until the next day and I did understood that reasoning. The only friendly employee I came across that store was Victor everyone else seemed rude and unprofessional.

Very friendly and helpful associates. In particular, Steve from plumbing was an absolute delight to have assisted me.

I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but this store went above and beyond with customer service. I think his name was Terrific Terry in appliances - great guy and helped me order everything. When I had installation issues, Spectacular Steve saved the day. At least I think his name was Steve. You guys made my experience extra smooth, and I can't thank you enough.

Great store, great location that is well stocked. Employee are also great, especially Barbara at the Pro Desk.

NICE EMPLOYEES THAT ACTUALLY HELP

Home Depot is our home away from home during an extensive remodel. We find this HD very convenient and friendly. Exchanges or returns-no hassle. Today, we met a store sales associate beyond incredible. STEVE, came to our rescue by thinking the problem through to resolution and even helped assemble the parts needed. Professional, smart, caring and a great instructor-priceless! Problem solved with low cost, too.
