They have everything I need,and good service

I found what I’m looking for I stronger recommended

Not sure about the rest of the store, but the garden department is great in their customer service. There are two employees that I wish to recognize. One is Diane; she has been in this department many years and knows her stuff inside and out. She takes time to answer questions and will spend time, un-rushed, to help find a plant or other garden product that I am looking for. Another helpful person is Carlos. He was a gentleman, who took the time to help me in lifting heavy retainer stones from the rack, load then onto the flat cart and also helped me place the stones into the trunk of my car. He refused to accept any monetary tips.

Tammy is amazing her customer service skills and her friendliness r through the roof! I keep doing business w this company and especially this store because of people like her. They make you want to come back. She always greets me with a smile and is always in a great mood! Tammy is very personable and very knowledgeable

Keep on striving to bring in new ideas, patented inventions, continue improved and new education to your staff, and always have products that continually sell in stock; it's important. Own your stores debt free and pay off your property; word of advice.

This store is far superior to the Salinas store in terms of getting knowledgeable help- Salinas store employees just seem to give you an answer - not always the correct answer, to questions about products or location in the store for what you need.

Poor customer service from Elisa at the “ customer service “ desk area she was too busy chatting with another associate to notice me as she ate her sandwich and then lied telling myself and another customer that they were only allowed to ring at one of several registers there so we all had to wait for the one working girl to help us out

I have had excellent service with this Home Depot since it opened in 2005. I rarely find that an associate is unable to help me though sometimes I have trouble finding a person when I enter a department.

This Home Depot is close to my residence very easy access friendly people that work there.And the store was clean.

You have a great team in seaside, I've always been treated like I matter, whether or not I'm buying $5.00 or $2000 worth of materials, it's very consistent, and I like that. Even standing in line observing how other customers are treated, heads above the rest. They treat everyone with respect, even those who are completely out of line, they to are treated with the same respect. Please, whoever reads this, if you could just take half the time it took me to file this formal compliment to reach out to your team leaders in seaside and let them know that their hard work and commitment to be the best shows, and it will keep me coming back for a long long time. You can even tell them that Dom says thanks for all the hard work, it makes my job easy.

Very helpful with employees having answers for any and all questions

the loading area is terrible, not large enough. Double parking tickets are given out by the police. I load in the general parking area as the limited loading area is always full. Some of the tools I have purchased have had the box retaped and items missing about 30% of the time. Leaving the spray paint doors unlocked is a big plus instead of finding someone to open them. The people trying to sell windows is annoying but they are not too loud.

Clean and staffs are very helpful

HOME DEPOT appliance delivery SUCKS ! Store employees were very nice. Delivery of refrigerator was totally screwed up. I'll never buy appliances from you again. Lesson learned. NEVER any big ticket products... period !

Jeff in plumbing was especially helpful on two back-to-back occasions in Dec 2018. Returns clerk was quick and helpful.

For the most part they are great...tends to get pretty busy and especially during this time of year. Haven't had any issues

Nicki at the Customer Service desk went above and beyond at 5pm on a Sunday night. The ProDesk was closed but she said she could take a delivery order. She consulted with management to verify that the delivery location was possible for their services. I went to the store to finalize and pay that evening because it could not be done through the online application.

Interesting how many “laborers” are in the parking lot waiting for a day job....

Always provide efficient service, plus useful tips such as rebate info.

The store easy to findout products & cleans

We have shopped at several different Home Depot stores and have found that the Seaside store personnel provides the best assistance, knowledge and all-around service of all the stores. We were particularly satisfied with the appliance, Kitchen & Bath and flooring assistance and guidance for our modest remodel.
