If you need assistance, unless you have a half hour to wait, this under staffed store is not the one for you. Try another branch, but NOT Seekonk.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable and the store was very clean and well kept

This store is simply the worst Home Depot ever. They will lie right to your face. I placed an online order that this store could not fulfill. I received a text say my order was ready and when I got there they said I agreed to the short shipment when they called. I never received such a call and no one including a manager could tell me WHO supposedly called. The items were apparently on the truck yet and no one could tell me when they would be available. I called Johnston and told them my story and they too had them on the truck but asked if I had a few minutes to wait so they could find them. I was never offered that at Seekonk (even though the app says you could wait a few hours for everything to be gathered and they just rushed through instead of helping a customer). Seekonk is the worst ever and has never been good. Save yourself aggravation and go across the street to Lowe’s. It’s what I’m doing from now on.

Always have great deals throughout the store, especially their Clearance sections.

Great store and friendly employees. Dog friendly also! Almost always have what I need and prices are very reasonable.

For my needs, Home Depot is where I go. Very friendly staff,, find my wood etc. Never a problem!

Associates Jason Frisina in doors and Al in bathroom vanity area were very helpful and made my difficult purchases easy.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASK AND MAKE SURE YOU'R HEADING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION OR WHAT IS NEEDED. GREAT. KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE.

I'VE COME TO THIS STORE MANY TIMES FOR A COUPLE OF MAJOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. I'VE COME WITH THE CONTRACTOR'S MEN AT TIMES TO DO THE HEAVY LIFTING AND I'VE ALSO COME BY MYSELF. I KNOW I WILL GET MY ANSWERS AND RECOMMENDATIONS QUICKLY, AND ACCURATELY. IT SAVES TIME AND MONEY. WONDERFUL.

Spent two days with the ProDesk in the design and ordering of materials for a 30x30 garage. Exceptionally friendly and professional employees. It took a lot of the stress out of the material process.

I like to visit this store I always find what I'm looking for when there, I would recommend this Home Depot for your purchases!

Item was on sale and they wouldn't let me use a 30.00 coupon on a washer that cost 600.00 friggin dollars because it would be two discounts???? Poor customer service they should have given me the 30.00 I won't be purchasing anymore appliances there!!!

Outstanding service every time!

Tried to place an order online and based on ordering/system issues the order just would not finish. So frustrating! Went to the store and ALEX at the service desk was AMAZING ... He knew what to do within the Home Depot ordering process to get the order to submit and finish. The online ordering does not give info as to WHY the order won't process ... some items can ship to home, some to store and then to home, some from the vendor but this info is not available to you when placing the order - you just can't complete the process. ALEX took what was a frustrating and complicated experience and turned it into AWESOME!

Overall the store is easy to navigate and the shelves are usually stocked. It can be difficult to find help depending on the time of the day. It seems that some departments are not covered early in the day before 10:00 am and late in the afternoon after 6:00 pm. They do a good job rotating out the seasonal items and the garden department is large and usually stocked well during the planting season. Overall store is clean but the aisles tend to be packed with a lot of display stuff. I understand that it is essential to maximize the selling space but sometimes they go overboard and it is difficult to grab items off of the shelves due to the displays being in the way. The people at the Pro desk always do a good job, the pick up/ return desk always seems to be understaffed and at times the wait can be long. Might just be the nature of the beast but another person could be used at that desk in my opinion.

I had to do an extensive build out project at my place of work. It was complicated but in working with Mike Guzzo, he was able to walk me through from start to finish and was easy to get a hold of during the whole three month process. He made changes as needed, gave me practical recommendations, and followed through with what he said he would do. The project is now done and Mike made the whole process much easier than I would have expected. Thanks!

This location stands out for the attention you get from the store associates. I am usually patently ignored when I go to a nearby competitor, but here I am approached several times and asked if I need help. This location is a bit more out of the way for me, but I have begun to shop here exclusively.

staff members are exceptional and many of them are ready to help you at any time. I exclusively chose this location if no other Home Depot is around!!!

Generally a great store to shop in, always helpful staff and usually has products that we need.

This particular location is more designed for remodeling I feel - the options for appliances were larger than other Home Depots in the region - unfortunately with the layout and design of this location I found it harder to find what I needed. The staff were overall friendly and helpful - however some may have had something on their minds and were rather short with any assistance. A great place to get materials - if you can navigate it quick enough.
