I needed a bulb for a lava lamp and had bought one but it was the wrong size. I took it back and an employee saw to struggle to find it and came to help. In a couple minutes I had the bulb, lamp was working and I was on my way.

bought several under counter appliances recently. Home Depot had the refrigerator and price I wanted -- and it came undamaged. Had several bad experiences with a competitor at which I received and had to return damaged appliances.

We drive past the big box lumber store in our home town and travel 40 miles to shop the Home Depot in Shallotte, NC. Customer service is over the top, inventory and selection is great and the Garden Center is amazing. No huge long check out lines like the other store. Just a better shopping experience all the way around.

Bought a dryer & had deliver date set up for 1 week later. I called the night before to check on delivery time & found out date had been changed for another week later. 2 weeks without dryer is unacceptable.

The teamwork and attitude of this store was the best I’ve ever experienced. Scott Burton was incredible. He was helping me and I had no idea he was the store manager. His team were all so helpful and accommodating. I’ve shopped at Home Depot for 40 years and never had this experience.

Compared to other stores that I have visited, this home depot is by far better. I am very happy with my experiences with them. The employees really take the time with me and make sure that I get what I need.

well stocked garden area - staff available - good attitudes.

The customer service is not good at this store. This is a very small town and it is extremely surprising in a place that has such a friendly community that the customer service would be so bad.

This store is always clean and usually has what I am looking for. The parking lot is huge and usually there is a good parking place for me. I will be glad when they start opening early again. I am an early shopper.

The associate at the self-checkout had a very nasty attitude. Customer service is the face of any business, I was treated very poorly when I asked for assistance with the checkout register. When I asked for a store manager she did not respond, she just walked off after having rolled her eyes at me and sent another cashier over. I had to go to another department to ask an associate for a manger. I was not greeted or thanked during this visit. I would rather drive a few extra miles for better customer service than to visit this store again.
