Deron Fuller (employee at this location) went above and beyond our expectations. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable with regards to the products we decided to purchase (ryobi miter saw, nail gun, and screw driver). I am an older female trying to start some DIY projects for the home that required these items. He helped me find the right tools while listening to my concerns and questions. I know NOTHING about power tools!!! He explained which nails to use for the nail gun and why. He was such a blessing to me today. I am grateful I said "Yes" when he asked if he could help me with anything. He was a great source of help!!!

Cuz not load my car in the loan zone people park there to shop no one said anything had 20 bags to that was on a pallet out side had to get a cart and put 4 bag in a time and to my car when people shop and no one said anything

I have been in other stores like Home Depot, but they are not as friendly or willing to assist you when needed. The staff at Home Depot are right there if you need help, and I truly appreciate that. The store was clean and neat.

Best customer service I have had in a store in ages. I am a Senior, all the young people were curteous, friendly and helpful. the Customer Service Desk employees went out of their way to help.My pick up order was ready, and delivered to my car less than 5 minutes after arrival. the store is well arranged, clean and products attractive. Jameel, Mason and Customer Service employees, and employee who helped me place my order were fantastic.

The people in the garden section we're very helpful to me especially the cashier name Jeanell

If you know what you want and know where to find it, you can get in and out quickly. The checkout is fast, friendly, and efficient!!! If you know what you want but do not know where to find it, good luck finding staff/employees to direct you to the correct aisle.

The store had the products I was looking for. It was clean and neat for the most part and the employees were helpful. Also, during my visit they had to move a forklift through the aisles and showed that they put the safety of the customer first by having someone guiding the lift while watching out for customers and other employees. Since this is the closest Home Depot to my house I will definitely shop here again.

Definitely a store you would wanna shop at. They have a lot of employees who are willing to go above and beyond to help you out. We didn’t have to wait to find help, help came to us. Everyone is friendly and makes the shopping experience so much better

Ron in the lighting department helped me and was very friendly. He even carried my purchase to the counter. Home Depot should be proud of an employee like that.

Most of my visits to the Home Depot are great. Usually I can easily get the assistance I need from any employee. However, I shop there so much that I know what I need and where I am going. Most of the help I needed and have received is with several special orders. I just love Home Depot.

I recommend shopping at the Simpsonville Home Depot. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Not to mention the great customer service from Mrs. Elizabeth in returns and Mr. Ron D. They are SUPERB!

The Simpsonville Home Depot is one of the best Home Depots I've seen and the people are great. Why pay thousands when you can go to Home Depot and get more done for less. I love this store.

I always have a pleasant experience in this store. Today my cashier Janelle was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly, and cared about all of my needs. She also was very knowledgeable about my products. This is one of the best visits i have made to this store thanks to her!

Cashier Aarika had been absolutely awesome the last few times I’ve been there. Otherwise, doesn’t seem like much staff is available.

I am a very dissatisfies customer. We purchased all new kitchen appliances and 3 year extended warranties in November 2017. We were told the extended warranties were in addition to the 1 year manufactures warranties. Today 2 of the appliances started to have issues. We called to set up service appointments with the warranty department and we were told that the extended warranties expired 2 weeks ago because the extended warranties start on the date of purchase, not after the manufactures warranty like we were told by their sales person. We even called the store and spoke to the manager and they refused to help us get our appliances repaired, even though it was their sales person that misinformed us. They said the warranty paperwork we received states in the terms that the extended warranties start on the date on purchase. Now we have over $2000 worth kitchen appliances with problems and Home Depot refuses to offer any assistance. We closed our Home Depot credit card account and we will NEVER purchase from Home Depot again!
