Only home improvement store I use!

I traveled over 100 miles on the coldest day of the year to purchase a Snow Blower and I was thoroughly impressed by the Team Members at the Sioux City, IA Store. I thought Melisa was very courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. She knows her job well and I appreciate her strong work ethic and frankly she was a credit to her Generation. She has instilled new hope in me regarding the younger generation! It was a miserable day weather wise but my visit to Home Depot brightened the Day!

A brad nailer was purchased at another Home Depot. That Christmas gift was boxed and sold as new but opening the gift you could tell it was used. Brought back to SIoux City Store, they had none to replace it, would not ship me a new one. offered in store credit or refund back to original giver of gift. Why get an in store credit when they had none??? I have no gift amd giver has money back. I either have to get him to buy a new one from a store 100's of miles away or wait.

Easily find items in store or online great staff to work with

Johnny was amazing in customer service, he helped us decide and choose the perfect gorgeous Samsung washer and dryer set. He was knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and kind. Due to this experience we will definitely shop here only for our home improvement needs. Thank you Johnny!

I am severely disappointed by the customer service at this store. Employees were not friendly or helpful. Actually told me they didn’t sell a product which is one the most sold products the store carries. Cashier was absolutely silent and had nothing to say. No greeting, no thank-you. Again, it’s evident that customers are not valued and the employees are either not appropriately trained or just too lazy to do the job.

Walter in the appliance department was so helpful and so friendly. Glad I came to Home Depot to purchase my new washer and dryer!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot store since 1996, and have been thoroughly satisfied with the service. When we moved to Chicago in 2014, my wife went there to remodel the house we bought, using a handyman and her Homedepot charge card. When I finally sold our house in Sioux City and got to Chicago, she showed me all the Home Depot merchandise receipts, I said did you get the 10% veterans discount? Her card number is the same as mine! She said No?? I contacted the manager at the Home Depot in Villa Park Illinois, where the handyman used her card and the Manager, without a hassle, gave me a store credit of 10% on the over $3,500 in charges! I thank Home Depot and will always shop there for my Home and garden items! Thank you again.

The Sioux City Home Depot is the best store!!! The store is very clean, and organized. The clerks are willing to help customers, helping with questions and decisions that need to be made. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

It seemed pointless to have an employee standing outside at the only open entrance and saying “like a cart, like a cart.” No mask no protection. The garden center was fuller than I’ve seen it. Nonetheless, one (1) young cashier was the only present employee in that department. I believed there should have been additional help present in the busy garden area.

the best ever I never leave there without knowing I got the help I need. I also like the knowledge that the employees have. if they don't know they get me to someone that does. I am a disabled veteran and they respected me for that which means alot

We travel a lot for business and we mainly purchase all materials at HD. But since we live in Sioux City, IA we build a bond with the quality of people that you have at this location. Chuck, Ron, Ricky, Austin, and Jon always have been above our expectations with all the remodeling projects that we have. You should make many employees and Manager in the south (Florida & Georgia) stores to being trained for these gentlemen in the Midwest. Really outstanding customer service!
