Went there, Asked a bunch of questions. Got all answered. Liked the kind curteous service in the flooring department. These people went the extra mile to assure I was a happy customer. No special reason for them to but they did. I really liked my experience. I recommend this location to all my neighbors.

I found everyone very helpful and prices are very good

type of store aside....Everybody is always friendly and offers to assist, and if they cannot assist they will find somebody that can, not send you searching for a person in "that department".

If you want great service and well mannered employees then The Home Depot in Smyrna Tn is the best recommendation from me and my family.

The little chubby birds in the garden center were chirping and singing, making me wish warm weather was here. Once I got back to the corner by the fencing supplies, my motion must have set off the anti-bird alarms in the ceiling (not working very well, lol). Anyway, LIZETTE at checkout was REALLY nice and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The store had just opened and LIZETTE seemed glad to be there. Too bad I don't feel that way when I have to deal the people at my work. Thank you LIZETTE, you made my day!!!! Hope you have a great rest of your day.

AM IN THIS STORE A LOT. MANY EMPLOYEES RECOGNIZE ME. STORE IS CLEANED AND WELL STOCKED AND I MOST ALWAYS AM ABLE TO GET HELP FINDING THINGS AND GETTING THEM OUT TO MY TRUCK.

I have shopped at this store since it opened. It is always well stocked and the employees are always ready and willing to assist.

This HD store usually has what I think I need, and has helpful employees to give me a nudge in the right direction. Store is always clean and orderly, and associates are always friendly and helpful. Prices are much better than the local hardware store and HD carries a huge variety of merchandise.

I've been into many similar types of stores over my years on this planet and this Home Depot is my favorite. It just has a productive atmosphere and I nearly always find what is needed for a multitude of projects. The Home Depot associates are particularly helpful and friendly. There are three other hardware stores nearer to my home yet I look forward to the Smyrna location even with the additional travel time.

I was so impressed with Dan and Shawn in the tile and flooring department. I went in looking for some bathroom remodel ideas, prices, and materials. They were super helpful and very knowledgeable. The took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and help me match colors and tiles. The store was nice and clean and these two guys were great! I highly recommend going to see Dan and Shawn for your tile and floor needs!

Best Home Depot. I do miss the Home Depot gas station.

The Smyrna Home Depot is wonderful to shop at anytime. The store is always well stocked and the staff is very helpful. Several people there are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to help you get the items you need for whatever project you are working on at present. Am pleased to recommend this store and am confidant you will be pleased.

I have always been able to find what I need at the Smyrna store. There is never a problem if I need to return an item. My cashier, Valerie, was friendly and very helpful on this visit.

The associates were stellar today. I found the Christmas tree I wanted. An associates volunteered to put it in my cart. The customer service desk was informative. An associate gathering carts in the parking lot, loaded the tree into my car.

There is just something special bout visiting this store. Everyone is just so pleasant, so knowledgeable, always willing to help. The store is always clean. I visit this store very often and buy a thing or two because i do not want this store to ever fail.
