Got great selection of plants for inside and out. Persons working at garden center were very helpful even told me about storm warning for the evening time.. I love a happy helpful store.

I shop here frequently. Recently, it was for a new chandelier. I was able to get the light and hardware needed and felt good about my purchase.

When I need a hard to find item or have questions I come to this store. I feel good about spending my hard earned cash here. One of the few places left where you feel like a valued customer.

Good quality and volume

We got a 10 foot length DeWalt phone charger. It seems to be a good product. It's for indoor use for me but I can see where this would be a good product to have at a job site.

All the employees here are extremely helpful & very pleasant to work with, every time I have been here.

The yard equipment here is fantastic. I can always find what I want.

Picked up the Husky 3pc tool box combo. Bad experience with the delivery service and had to pick it up in store. Awesome employees here helped me load up and made my day a whole lot better. Thanks again for the great service.

Went to homedepot looking for a star bit not a hex head. They do not carry then but have them in the trex decking screw kits and Richard in hardware in Snohomish Washington was kind enough to take one out of a package and give it to me. Rita is the manager at this store and been there since the day it opened the doors. Both of these employees deserve raises in my book. I'm a general contractor and have dealt with them on hundreds of occasions and are the 2 best employees homedepot has at this location

I had a great experience at this store. Friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you find a solution or a product to meet your needs. I'll definately come back and refer others to this store. Only if every store was like this one.

If you visit Home Depot in Snohomish make sure that you have Mitch handle your outdoor garden needs. He was second to none one of the nicest and most helpful Home Depot associates I think I have ever encountered ever. Was very happy to help me with things that were too heavy for me to manage as well as bring it to the register roll it out to my car and load it all with a smile and nothing but pleasantries. What a complete different from most of the associates that I have ever encountered at Home Depot. I will be doing each and everyone of my Home Depot shopping trips at this location and look forward to seeing Mitch in the spring when we start redoing our landscape!!!

Bath Design Consultant Teresa did an amazing job at helping us select products for our bathroom remodel and advising us on the project. She split out the counter replacement and other parts of the job so that it could proceed quickly. She's a gem!

I enjoy shopping at the Snohomish HD because of the people working there. They are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in their departments. As an experienced builder I usually know what I need, and either they help me find it or make suggestions on a substitute solution. They will always check stock or suggest other stores that have stock. You don’t find this kind of service many places anymore. Thank you for being there for me.

Just love after 13 years, it still feels fresh and feel like they are continuing to work on customer service. More folks than not do not have the experience while performing home projects. Having experience in the departments help all!

This is a very good store to shop at, the employees are very helpful and the wait is never very long. I have had excellent help at the customer service center and also the garden center. This is my go to store!

As a contractor, I frequent many different big box stores as well as specialty supply houses. I frequent the Everett Home Depot due to its proximity to my home, I immediately get anxious and angry walking in due to the employees avoidance and lack of willingness to provide customer service as well as the chaos of the store in general. The Snohomish store was the exact opposite, welcoming and helpful staff, and overall clean and organized parking areas and store interior. The manager of the Everett store should be unemployed, and the Snohomish store manager should receive a raise!

Ordered sheetrock Fri in May, 2021 to be delivered on Sat and pd $99 extra for the fast delivery. No delivery on Sat, no delivery on Mon despite calls, no delivery on Tue despite calls. They cancelled the order per request & notified me Wed.

We had a hot water heater installed this week and the individual that came was extremely knowledgeable, took time to explain all of the steps/issues/costs and was friendly throughout. Instead of rescheduling when the one he brought wouldn’t fit our space, he went out to the warehouse and picked up one that would. Worked really hard to finish it out as quickly and correctly as possible. Great experience.

What a dump - clean up walkways. Trash on floor and employees ignore and just walk by. Open up some checkstands - not everyone wants to self checkout. Lumber piles are a mess. Spend less time looking at phones (which makes it easier to ignore customers).

Employees Gordon and Ray were very helpful in finding the portable air conditioner I was looking for. Unfortunately you only had one type of portable air conditioner to choose from and I purchased it in the store on March 24th, 2021. Manager Andrew was very considerate and gave me a discount also. I was so impressed I applied for a sales associate position and hope to obtain that in the near future.

This store is a very clean and neat place I always get great help finding what I’m looking for when I go to this location I would choose this location over any of the locations around

Terri in the paint department is a rock star! We've had her help us three weekends in a row now and she is stellar.

Dominique working the customer service counter, along with Nick and Kristina are true assets to your store. Our recent visit was one I had put off and dreaded for a while as I absolutely hate returns. It's probably the skeptisisim I hate most. We met with Dominique and of course didn't have our Wallet or ID. I was hoping our Pro Account would work...sadly it didn't. On our return to the store with ID we didn't have the Card that was used however we did have our ID this time. (this all looks so sketchy I was like...oh boy if there's ever a training video of how NOT to proceed we were it). That's when Dominique called over Kristina...then Nick from Loss prevention came in. These guys went above and beyond to assure us it wasn't a problem. We were embarrassed about the time and lack of information we had on the purchase. However, Nick searched our PRO account. Found the transition and with Kristina's help solved our problem. Well done. You have some great team members there. (Clearly why we drive from Everett to Snohomish...it's a nicer, cleaner, friendlier location. So, if you want to retain this type of associate I highly suggest they be recognized as above average. They solidified the reason we don't shop the Everett location and take the extra time to goto Snohomish. Well done you 3. It was a great experience and we will no doubt be back. We invited them to our new Coffee Shop in Everett, "The Milk House Coffee Co." I can only hope to be so lucky and have people like this on our staff.

Great parking , warm environment & Vary Clean , Quick service with a guide/service employee at almost every isle willing to help! Even with the uncertainty of the CV & Politics It felt reassuring , THAT- EVERY PERSON IN THE Building were KIND-COURTIOUS & RESPECTFUL to each other..... GB be safe-be well :?)

Fantastic store with fantastic employees. From returns to pickups, HD is all about convenience for the customer.

I have two idea that may help sells at Home Depot. 1) I am hesitant on giving you this idea since it will cut my possibility of saving more money. Here's my idea: Take all those broken bags of concrete mix and put it into 5 gallon home depot buckets, THEN sell them. I've gotten open bags before and stored them in sealed buckets outside the barn for many years. They stay sealed and ready whenever I need to mix the concrete. 2) The other idea is that you get 1.5" x 8' clear plastic tubes (pipe). Run a strong line through the tube and attach a wooden ball on one end (could be a rubber ball). Make 1' markings on the tube with permanent marker. Then sell them as septic tank checkers. The instructions, what the home owner should look for, and recommendations on when to pump should also be included.

The Snohomish store is a very welcoming store. Associates are always willing to help and are friendly. Products are usually in the store that I need but of course for a bathroom remodel special ordering is required. Store is always clean when I visit:-)

Great store worth the 10 extra mile drive, to get good prices, great associates, great prodesk.
