Kimberlie in customer service is extremely HELPFUL, patient, and kind!

I came here to get garden supplies. I also got rocks and slabs. All the employees are very friendly and helpful! They might be super busy on the weekends but they all keep their cool and help every customer with kindness.

This store has taken a dive. It has always been a busy store but lately there has been boxes lumber and trash lying in the aisle. I overheard an older associate asking 2 younger associates to stack the lumber and clean up the younger guys blew him off. The same problem arose with the loaders at the exit. No help even though they were standing talking to each other. Empty carts in the way off loading.

I couldn't find an employee to answer my questions or help me move the toilet I was purchasing.

Richard, the gentleman who helped us purchase a new washer dryer set was extremely helpful and kind given that the new LG washer dryer set we purchased, BOTH items were dysfunctional upon installation. I decided to purchase a 5 year warranty after this and had to return to the store and do some business with Richard and did all he could to make a bad situation a little better. LG needs to improve their products and not deliver a new product that is dysfunctional.

Worst customer service ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Been waiting for my installation or someone calling me for 1 week and customer service keeps transferring me from one to another with no benefit didn’t expect this bad experience from a reputable company

If you need to buy a major appliance such as dishwasher, stove, range, refrigerator, washer or dryer, speak with Richard Brandt. He is helpful, knowledgeable and will take the time to explain the ins and outs of appliance purchasing.

This store has just gone down hill. Wayyy down. The lumber is all trash. Nothing in the store is straight, dry or quality. The employees who work there, with the exception of about a half dozen veterans, are less than knowledgeable in the products they sell. Worse than that, the store isn't organized correctly. Items are often mispriced or have no price. Finding an employee is impossible. When you finally do get an employee they just say they "Don't have a scanner". Blame covid for everything. Most of the store is from China so it's TRUE that most items aren't available. I've been trying to buy a standard worm drive skill saw there for weeks and they haven't had a single one. The managers give you attitude when you dispute the pricing and mislabeling. Always being condensing and rude. I hate that this is the only affordable place in my town. I try to support the local mom and pop shops but they don't carry the volume of the home "cheapo" . I recently build a very expensive fence and the lumber I purchased from home depot warped twisted and bent more than anything I had ever seen. My client wasn't happy and I had to rebuild the entire fence. It chose me thousands of dollars. Home depot wanted no part in accepting the subprime lumber because it had been "used". I've never had any lumber warp or twist from any local lumberyard. When home depo started costing me money and my reputation for quality of work, I had to give up. I've worked in other trades like solar. Rhe fittings they sell are also terrible and often don't even work. This is the Home Depot.

I like Home Depot even though it is a big box store the employees are always very helpful and there are lots of plants in the plant section that my 93 year old mother loves, starters too which are not always easy to find. They almost always have the things I need, plus if there is any problem with the things I buy they always are happy to refund to my Home Depot card

Covid precautions by staff were inadequate and unsafe

If you’re a person with a disability this store is not a good choice. Staff is rude and the store is messy. This store has mask police for associates and will make a scene even if you tell them you are medically exempt from wearing one. They made me feel very depressed and angry the way they treated me. Please consider another local business to get supplies from.

The store was clean associates were available and willing to help in all areas. Michelle Landig offered outstanding knowledge and support in completing my search for a new range and microwave. She has excellent communication skills, patient, polite, respectful and a wonderful sense of humor. After looking at several reviews of different ranges she help me decide on the best range to meet my needs. The final transaction was smooth and easy because of the time she took to review each part of the charges.

Staff were very helpful and sold me the product I needed right over the phone!

I went to Home Depot to buy a specific washer and dryer by looking on line, so happy I went in to look! Richard Brandt the Appliance specialist was amazing. He took the time and effort to find what was right for me. Getting the right height was super important since I am 5 foot 2, some were too tall and some of the larger drums I couldn't even reach in. This gentleman was very informative and thorough and explained everything very well. My delivery went very well also. Very happy with my choice!

Self checkout employee got right in my face and had her mask pulled down below her nose. It had not slipped a little, it was pulled all the way down and she got in my face to answer my question. Very unnerving. When I asked why she was not wearing her mask properly, she just turned and walked away. Very rude, very reckless. She will see probably 300 people shuffle through her space in one day. This is, in my opinion, unbelievably dangerous right now. Why Home Depot management is not policing it's employees on the use of face coverings is baffing to me. I won't be back. If you shop here, be careful.

Most of the items were available...a few were not and not able to get some items delivered. The assistance was good but had to wait quite awhile to get the right person. Very busy. Could use extra knowledgeable people in that dept. Store was clean Associates were helpful and friendly.

I've used the store for years but they have not figured out how to operate safely during Covid-19 times. Customer service line is in the entry area, long waits, limited social distancing and over crowded. I'll try somewhere else until they can protect customers and staff effectively.

The store seems disorganized and the isles are full of displays and those big stair ladders, making it hard to maneuver around other shoppers. The employees are not very helpful (the ones that don’t run away when they see you approaching) if you’re asking them something about a department they don’t work in. The hardware section had 1 very helpful employee but I had to go through 4 different employees and it took 25 minutes to find the 1 person in the store who could help me. Home Depot definitely serves a purpose but it is extremely frustrating to shop there.

I was in desperate need of a room air conditioner. Michelle answered the phone and was knowledgeable and professional. She checked the inventory and called me back to say they had two units in stock. The purchase process was seamless, she rang me up over the phone and had the product waiting curbside. Thanks, Michelle!

Kimmy from appliances was absolutely amazing. She spent over 10 minutes helping us figure out which stove drop bowl and teaching us how to clean the stove.

horrible customer service and loss prevention tries to start fights and wrongly accuses people of shoplifting. I smelled alcohol on a loss prevention employees breath, and another speech was slurred with bloodshot eyes. This was a horrible shopping experience and Home Depot needs to clean this store location up.
