This is the best Home Depot we always go to the perople are all ver nice and helpful.

One of your plumbing staff told me you do not carry the sharkbite deburring tool (Model # U702A, Store SKU #887801, Store SO SKU #1000317762), but your Home Depot website indicated 6 were in stock (checked on my computer once I got home). Because I needed this for my project, I will have to order from someone else instead since driving all the way back to Home Depot will take over one hour. This reduced my confidence in this store - I need to be able to rely on the staff knowing the products they carry.

Excellent service especially khin

This was my first visit to the Southbay Home Depot to pick up furnishings for my new home in Dorchester. On this visit I needed plain old victor mouse traps, which were out of stock on the shelves (Must be a bad year for mice in this neighborhood!) anyways, I tracked down a store associate named Reggie to ask if there are possibly any victor mouse traps in stock in the warehouse, etc. He very quickly determined that there were in fact more of these mouse traps on a pallet on the top shelf, which required him to maneuver a forklift to retrieve the product. He was very helpful, courteous, and swiftly brought the mouse traps to me with a smile. Thanks Reggie! Also, upon check out I was greeted by a helpful and friendly Head cashier named Pamela, who assisted me in applying for a Home Depot store credit card. The process took a few minutes, and she was incredibly savvy during the process. Thanks Pamela! Excellent Home Depot, very clean and Friendly environment!
