Jadah and Daniela from appliances helped me in a department they were unfamiliar with. They were kind and patient. They helped me locate the power tools I needed plus a battery pack that we were unable to locate but they still took their time and gave it a shot. Fernando, the manager, went above and beyond and located the battery pack which happened to be the very last, in the returns bin, when I was already in my car ready to go. He came out to the parking lot looking for me. He did what he didn't have to. But that's what seperates a good salesman from a great salesman.

I BOUGHT LUMBER, TOOLS, AND THINGS I NEEDED FOR MY PATIO PROJECT, IS A GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT. THE STORE IS STOCKED, AND STAFF IS ALWAYS READY TO ASSIST. I'M A "RIDGID" GUY. I BOUGHT SLIDING MITER SAW, GREAT PRODUCT. HAPPY TO HAVE VISITED THE STORE TODAY, AND I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN FOR MORE.

I love this store, the assistant manager is excellent, his advice is very good and the recommendations of products have made us share with our friends and neighbors and they have always had a very good experience with Fernando Macias.

Return policy return is very good,however I am always under the impression that there is a lot of people taking advantage of a very loose policy.

I had a really good experience buying staff in Home Depot in Chino in compare to other locations . I will definitely recommend this store , everything is clean and service starting with manager Fernando who was assisting me and directing me with other employees who were answering my questions and doing the best for me . A new home owner like me is going to have new questions always and employees who knows how identify clients with no much experience and directing me to the right people who can help you is awesome . Christmas tree was beautiful and very affordable. Best selection in the are.

Several of the bird seed bags for sale in the Landscape Supply area had been ripped open, apparently by rats. I saw lots of rat droppings on the ground and in the display boxes in the vicinity. Then another shopper and I saw a big rat scamper out of the bird seed packages area, prompting a third shopper to comment matter-of-factly, "They've got to eat too."

WE PREFER THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS STAFF READY TO ASSIST US IN FINDING WHAT WE NEED QUICKLY!

I have never had any problems at this Home Depot of any kind! I hope this doesn’t jinx me. All the employees have been pleasant to work with! If they don’t know the answer they will do their best to find someone to help me. Thank you, JF

Terrible customer service!! One star is generous! I was shopping in the S. Chino Store on Ramona in the garden center on Saturday evening 7/17. I am posting the date and time in hopes that someone will look at this and review schedules. These folks need a reminder of the reason they have a job. Or maybe policy change. The garden center was busy with a good line at checkout. The cashier started scanning my items and then stopped. He told me they close at 6pm "sorry go inside". He then walked away from the register and began bring down the roll-up door. I said aren't you going to finish ringing me up? He replied "no we're closed you have to go inside". I looked and there was still a line behind me. Well, since he closed the garden door and I had to go inside anyway. I left my cart and walked inside to customer service. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was called, but the manager told the customer service associate that they were busy and would come up in a little while. The customer service employee asked if they could help. I told him what had happened. He said the best thing to do is go in the website on the bottom of your receipt. I explained; I don't have a receipt the garden center cashier didn't complete my order. I had a large flat cart with 10 bags of sand, plants, lumber and potting soil. There is so many displays in the front of the store it's difficult to maneuver large carts to the front of the store much less wait in line again. Disappointed with how this was handled. What happened to customer service these days? I will shop where my business is appreciated.

Brianna Osuna was very friendly and made returning things so easy. She also asked about how my day was going and made it feel very welcoming and she was also super quick.

Sebastian over in lumber was extremely helpful on a busy Sunday. He even bothered with bringing a pallet when we needed more wood. I’ve been to stores where they say that’s all we have but their stock says otherwise. Everyone at the store was very courteous.

I go to a lot of home depots. This is my favorite one. Friendly employees. Quick to get in and out of store shopping.

The older gentleman that was welcoming us at the front of the store was very friendly and helpful. Pierre and another employee were both very helpful in the GRILL section with helping us choose which barbecue to go with. Pierre also went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were taken care of.Our cashier and the others who helped her were very friendly and processed our items quickly.

Home Depot has a very generous return policy, especially during COVID-19. Recognition goes out to Deni for the excellent customer service she provided me with tonight. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a 10 out of 10.

I shop a lot of Home Depots, and will drive anywhere in Socal to get what I need. I ended up at this store for some insulation foam not carried elsewhere, and it was a long trip for me. What I experienced in terms of customer service was excellent. The experience was so good I will drive out of my way for routine purchases here. If you seek dealing with effective, responsive people who care about their professionalism, and your experience consider this store.
