i went early morning ,i am disable handicap , when i ask for help with couple sheet rock the associate say WHAT F... YOU WANT very very disappointed ,i just was disable for the social security February 24 2021 .thank you home depot for let me know what is going to be on the future .

We recently bought a refrigerator from The Home Depot. We had previously checked two other stores before going there, and there was a 2 month Backorder on refrigerators at this time. We checked with The Home Depot and they had the Refrigerator we needed. It was available and in their Store Room. We ordered it and found out we had Free Delivery. Our Refrigerator was delivered within 6 days of ordering. The 2 men that delivered it were very careful and professional with our delivery. We are Extremely Happy with our Refrigerator Purchase and Delivery! We would Definitely recommend The Home Depot to Others and will Definitely order from them again! Thank You, Home Depot, for Outstanding Customer Service!

Our associate Charron was the most helpful in your store . She Tok time to resolve an issue ith out Home Depot chase acct and went to higher rest to resolve our issue so we could purchase our item Thanks to Charron we will continue to shop at your store, customer service is very important to us where we spend our income .

I went into the store to buy a stove. I saw just the one to meet my needs at a price that met my budget. It was delivered quickly and the delivery guys were professional and quick. But I was most impressed with Ashley, the clerk who sold me my stove. She answered all my questions, gave me her undivided attention and was extremely personable. Overall it was a pleasant experience and hopefully I’ll win the survey and buy a frig!

Store needs to be updated. Aisle's are narrow especially when pushing a cart and they put sale items in the middle of the aisle

I love this location Leslie Brett and Marshall are awesome.

My husband and I puchased a bathroom vanity. It wasn't available in the color and size we needed but Andy, the employee was so helpful and attentive. We are going back and asking for him to purchase other items we need to complete our bathroom.

Employee sold me a garage door opener. He told me installation was scheduled. No one showed up to install. After another trip to the store and multiple phone calls over 2 days, I was informed that the employee could not schedule installation and that it would be another week or more to get installed. Cindy at Home Depot told me she will address it with the employee and that he cannot schedule. If the employee is not trained to assist customers correctly and give correct information, they should not be working in that department.

The store is well stocked and is very clean! When help is needed, the employees are very kindly and will assist. Most employees do not say hello though and seem very busy. Overall, when asked, the customer service level is good.

Every employee has been extremely helpful, and courteous. I have not been disappointed in the 4 years shopping there.

Great store and their employees actually seem happy to help their customers! Other stores tend to have staff who seem bothered by serving customers where this place has employees who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. I went in once with a random list of items and asked someone where each of them were. Not only did he know, but he told me the order in which to select my items so that I would be making just one loop around the store. Will definitely continue to shop here.

I feel that I should have been offered the 6 months with no interest as we have been in the past.

This location has a friendly staff that provides answers to any questions I have, and suggestions for things I need that I don't know much about.

Home Depot has been a very organized store for years and the employees at this store is exceptionally friendly and very well informed about the products and where they are located. And if there was an exception with an employee that did not know , they are quick to call an employee to come assist right away.The cashiers are always friendly and smiling while assisting you.

Please visit this store, store employee Curt is the BEST EVER. This GENTLMEN is the MICHEAL JORDAN of customer service.
