I had some projects to complete for my home/office. I needed several items from this store over a period of weeks. Each time I went to the Southland Orlando Home Depot store the staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was truly a delight to go to this store because the atmosphere that the store carries due to the friendly and helpful employees makes it an environment that a person wants to go to. The employees at this Home Depot are truly exceptional. If you need something and you are in this area I recommend stopping at this store to look for your item(s).

I’ve been down here for a week fixing up my son‘s new home. It’s an older home that needed some TLC. Everyone in the store was amazing including Bobby and Michele on the cash register. Bobby help me through everything that we needed. He is truly a treasure.

Bobby was the most helpful employee I’ve ever met in my life. He actually went out of his way in different areas to help us. I will definitely be shopping in the store again.

Worst customer service of probably the whole state of Florida

Clean and organized inventory. Customer Service is on point. Cashier Edith M. Voided my already paid transaction when I told her I forgot to scan my military QR for my 10% discount. That’s going above and beyond!! Thank you Home Depot!

No one would confirm installation included in my clothes washer purchase until I met Tamisha in their care center. She pulled out all the stops to make sure I was satisfied that it was.

The cashiers took to long to complete ringing me up. They were not friendly nor helpful to include employees in the departments. It appears they don't like black people to come in purchases items.

HE’S SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERY BRAND AND APPLIANCE AND EVEN THE WARRANTIES, TOO. WITH OUR RECENT PURCHASE, WE NEEDED TO GET A WALL OVEN, DISH WASHER & REFRIGERATOR AND ALL NEEDED TO BE SPECIFICALLY SIZED AND A SPECIFIC COLOR. WITH KEVIN’S HELP, WE WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE ALL 3 AND EVEN LEARNED OF AD PARTICIPATED IN PROMOS FOR EACH APPLIANCE

I had a small issue, very easy to be solved and instead, manager Ezequiel refused to give a store credit for a $24.00 item. So petty. I had to drive to another store where the employee gave me store credit right away.

I have had it with Home Depot no registers open and the self checkout girl is rude as hell!

One of the Best Home Depot. I’ll drive out my way just to always be treated with respect; thank you.
