Every trip to this location I am met with smiles and an abundance of knowledgeable help. There hasn't been a time when someone was annoyed or to busy to assist.

This location is always clean and organized. The employees are all friendly, attentive and helpful. Go to great lengths to try and make sure you get what you need.

On 11/21/22 my husband and I came in looking for a certain fake Christmas tree. We found it but we're told they were sold out. Heartbroken, an employee named Heather told us we could buy the floor model. Heather and another employee named David carefully took the tree down and put it in our cart. They realized that the remote for the tree was missing and they made it right and gave us a discount. The entire time Heather and David were very helpful, polite and friendly. Our cashier John was also very sweet and friendly. We left very happy and we will definitely be back soon!! Thank you so much Heather and David, we love our tree so much!!!

We purchased a wheelbarrow at the Spring Hill store yesterday. We we driving a car and needed assistance getting it into our car. We we greeted by Margaret, who went above and beyond to help. Also, the guy who checked us out was so pleasant. We will be back!

We had a new front door installed and absolutely love it! We had trouble finding a door because it's an odd size. Jeff worked with us to find the perfect door. The installation was smooth and professional. Now Home Depot is our first stop and they have not disappointed.

Always enjoyed the friendly greetings when shopping at Home Depot.

They won’t give veterans a 10% discount like their competitors. When you get a $15 off coupon by spending over $100 with their credit card-the discount won’t work.

Not one item on my list was located in the aisle / bin that the homedepot website identifiied.

I received good customer service from Christopher in the flooring department when I ordered the backsplash for my kitchen.

Please work on profiling in your store. Black people garden too. You did not have to follow me around the garden area and bump into me several times.

I returned 3 items recently purchased for the home we recently bought in Spring Hill. We realized they were not quite right for our specific needs. The young man at returns was very helpful and courteous. Next I was assisted by a young female associate who took me directly to the item I was looking for. Extremely helpful and friendly. The entire visit was excellent.

My wife and I visited the Spring Hill store this past Saturday. From the time we entered the store we were greeted by smiles from every associate. Jackson (Ryobi Rep) and Colin (Milwaukee Rep) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our choice of a new weed eater. Dennis in tools was very helpful and humorous as always. When we were ready to checkout Mrs. Patricia was our cashier, very professional and curteous. We were really happy to have the opportunity to shop at this store and look forward to our return visit soon. Thank you.

I was very disappointed.

Home Depot has the items that I needed and at a lower price than the competitors. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. The employee took me right to the item I needed and offered a refund if it didn't fit my appliance. When I installed the item in my appliance, it fit! It works. I am very happy

Friendly staff and great service.

We are remodeling a bathroom and needed help in finding things we wanted that we had seen on line. Will found lights I needed that did not find on shelf. He also helped me in locating a vanity that could only be purchased online. We had help in plumbing as well. But the best experience was at customer service! Twila helped us reactivate our old credit card, renew it, and get us all the discounts we had coming to us. We left there feeling like we had made a new friend!

Bought a Ryobi pole saw. 18v and it does work to be electric!

We purchased a freezer. We were guided through the process by Twila in the appliance department. She was simply outstanding helping us to decide on which freezer to purchase. We are pleased with our purchase.

This is such a nice store! The employees are very pleasant and helpful. I love the DIY ideas that I get, with the beautiful home improvement items that they have available. I'm hoping to purchase Closet Maid Storage items soon... I will be back!
