Went to the other big box store, large selection of bulbs, slow to find help, no bulb. Help was not very interested in my need. Went to Home Depot, greeting lady was so very kind and was interested in what I needed, pointed me in the right direction. Looked at the light bulbs, did not have to hunt someone to help. Steven approached me, was friendly, helpful and made looking for the illusive bulb fun. He found what I needed. Sheri the cashier was great, friendly. Whole experience was great and I have the correct bulb for 94 yr old mom

Had been just a normal trip to HD until I went to pay. I went through a self check out register marked for cash use. I had $4 and change coming back to me. The machine gave me the change but no dollars. The young lady over the area knew exactly what to do but could not without manager approval. She tried to contact the manager but the manager was not on the premises. It took about 10 extra minutes of me standing in front of a register while the manager was located and gave the lady helping me the ok to give me my change. All this time a register is out of service. Would be nice if the employee actually there on duty, who knows what to do, was authorized to do what it takes to rectify a situation instead of having to call around to get authorization to do what she already knows needs done.

My local Home Depot was out of stock of the Ridgid 3 Gallon 18v cordless vac but a store about an hour away showed 18 in stock. I had decided to make the drive to as I needed it sooner than shipping would be. I arrived at the store around 6:30, there were none of these on the shelf so I asked an associate for help locating it. They were very friendly but only looked at a couple boxes right above it before telling me the did not have them. I proceeded to look on my own and found them in an up-stock a few aisles down and asked someone at the front for assistance, after waiting 25 minutes I returned to ask for assistance again. Another 15 minutes passed and I had found an associate on my own who said they'd get a lift to help me. After waiting another 15 minutes and watching a lift pass that aisle at least two times. I had given up and left without the item. I cannot begin to explain how disrespected I felt, I wasted over 2 hours driving to the store, and another hour on trying to get help. After not getting assistance locating it and finding it on my own, I wasn't very bothered, but after standing in an aisle for an hour while staring at the product I wanted but could not get I am obviously upset. For 3 hours and wasted gas I basically got to see the box of the item from 15 ft away.

My wife is handicap and has to use a wheelchair. She can't open the bathroom door without assistance. The door mechanism needs to adjusted for easier opening. I have complained to several employees, including management, at the store over several months with no results.

My trip to Home Depot today was super! I was in and out quickly with everything I needed, and the staff offered help for me in loading my car. That impressed me greatly! Thanks, Gail and Home Depot!

I purchased new appliances from your store and so happy I did. The products and price are no comparison to other stores.

The sharping stone are very soft it broke after 3 chains if anyone purchase this buy extra stones..

I've been here several times in the last couple of weeks. I have always been greeted nicely, helped quickly and checked out efficiently. Last week Jacob loaded me quickly and this week Gail was great showing us where to go and then ringing us up quickly. I am grateful, these days it's hard to come by.

This is the worst store for customer service I've ever been in. Ordered the same product 4 time due to employee incompetence of breaking it. They advertise that they honor veterans but fail to mention that the 10% veteran discount is only good up to $400 a year and only on certain products. So after spending $4k in the store why would I continue to shop there when competitors offer 11% on everything without limitation. The employees here are rude, inconsiderate, and lazy.

We recently bought a Moore Water Treatment System from Home Depot and it was installed the next day. Trey and Nyle came to the house on time and installed our new water treatment system. They were efficient, courteous, went over the system in detail and answered any questions that we had. They were very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was just as it was when they arrived. Greatly appreciate their efficiency and kindness.

It's usually so difficult to find an actual human being to assist you in a big box store, but that isn't the case at the Springfield Home Depot. Paint departments are usually especially irksome - but we had a great experience! Michelle helped me choose exactly the right color, out of so many options, and had our many gallons of paint ready in record time. The regular checkout lane was busy helping with a complicated order, so a staff member helped us in the self-checkout lane. A very good shopping experience!

There was Freight in the aisles, employees did not want to help me. Not very satisfied at all

I had a drain cleaning product that didn't work, but I was given store credit for its cost amount by giving up the empty container and explanation to the clerk helping me.

Huge selection to choose from. I went in for more additions to my garden. So many plants, planters, and decor. I bought some nice bird feeders too that I'm already seeing a lot of activity on. Staff was wonderfully helpful too.

Klayton was wonderful, he did all he could to make our purchase fair and comparable to another item.

Plenty of gardening items to pick and nice people to assist with purchase.

We had a very friendly and productive time at this store. We were able to get help when we needed and employees were around more than I normally have seen. A Great vist.

The employees act like they can’t see you or hear you, if I need some help I need to wait hours until some knowledgeable employee helps. Most of The employees are slow, and have no knowledge about products. If you need some load assistance be prepared to wait forever

Home Depot had the plumbing repair items we needed to fix a serious problem.

When I checked out and ask about a Veteran's discount, Gail, who is also a Veteran, explained I needed to download the app and showed me where I may set up my military discount.

The individuals that work in lumber cannot be bothered (one young male was literally leaning on lumber). You are a hardware store, open to the public. I get it - you might be short-staffed, and you might be tired - I get it, I really do. However, my purchases help keep those doors open so you even have a job, don't treat me like I am the enemy in this situation. I will most likely not be going back to the Home Depot store in Springfield, MO to buy any lumber. I have other options, and I will be pursuing those first.

I always have a positive experience at this Home Depot location. Store associates are there for me when I need help. The paint and plumbing associates have really helped me over the past few years of projects.

Sold items that I bought on line before I got there. No resolution from customer service. Assistant managed skipped out and left a inexperienced rep to try to fix it.

I look forward to going to Home Depot. They are always looking for ways to help the customer. I feel at home in the Home Depot.

Love the Home Depot in my town and only complaint is that its the only store in the City and it clear across town
