Great employee that helped me

Denise is very help in the garden department. She helped me pick out plants for my home.

They were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't find a tag on one of my items and the lady was very helpful and nice and got it set easily. My go to store for all my projects.

I bought several items to mount a bird house and needed to return two items and buy others. I received the credit for one of the items I returned but not the other.

I always notice that the employees always seem to be busy not standing around and they’re always willing to help

The employees have been very helpful in locating items not easily located in the store. We bought a freezer a month ago and it was not an easy task to find. The item was not in the inventory correctly so two clerks went above and beyond to find it way up on the shelves. Then brought it down on the fork lift and let us inspect it before ringing us out.

All the employees at this location are always helpful and nice.

My husband and I were purchasing 6-50 lb bags of concrete and 3-50 lb bags of sand. We were so pleased when a HD associate named Josh offered to help we 71-year-olds load it all into our truck. So nice when someone volunteers to help!

Went to Home Depot in Springfield, OH today to get a hose that was listed on their website. It wasn't there. An employee helped me find an even better hose at an even better price. I'll be back.

I needed some plumbing advice for a new bathroom drain pipe I had installed. I asked Ronnie in plumbing for assistance and he was very helpful and informative. This was actually my 2nd time he assisted me with something and I must say, he has always been friendly and more than willing to answer questions.

We purchased plants and stones in the Garden Center. The store has a fantastic selection right now. The associates helped us find exactly what we needed and gave us some great options for the space we need to landscape. Impressed with the store in general. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

It seems that every time we come in we are always greeted by a girl named Emily in the store. She is fabulous and very helpful as well as super kind. If you're having a bad day just seeing her smile and hearing her friendly hello will change any bad day into a good day!

The Springfield Home Depot store seems to have very knowledgeable people working there. I get help not just finding an item but great advice on what would fit my needs best. I often leave with something I did not expect after getting some good advice. Today, I left with advice on where to get something that Home Depot did not stock.

We went to the Springfield Ohio Home Depot store to purchase a large tool box. Kirk was so nice and helpful as were some other workers. Kirk gathered enough guys, without us asking to load the tool boxes up in our truck. We talked, laughed and had a good ole’ time

This store provided a great experience that made me feel at home. Claire is kind and humorous and knows how to deliver personal and genuine interaction. Everything is much easier to find there than any other places I go to. It’s very cut and dry and simple. I enjoyed being there so much I even revisited the store again in the same day! I’m currently awaiting permission from Home Depot to allow me to live there.

Purchase a new gas water heater and had them install it. Went very well and installation was quick and very well.
