This past weekend I bought three 2.5" succulents because they were advertised as 3 for $10.00. They did not ring up at that price however, and I didn't notice until I got home. Today I returned to the store and even though the same sign was still hanging, I was not able to get the sale price honored. In frustration I ended up returning EVERYTHING. Make sure you watch the price advertised vs. what you are paying, and if it's not right protest at time of payment. Their customer service was not helpful.

I had the best experience purchasing an appliance at this Home Depot, due to the outstanding customer service I received. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and determined to help me find what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I have been a regular shopper of this location for over 15 years. The assistant manager had been helpful a while back. But recently, there was a major issue with a flooring order I made through the 800 number. Vincent and Mick stepped up to help rectify the mistake, and there were multiple steps and issues along the way. But they communicated well, listened to my concerns, and they eventually resolved the matter in a way. I appreciate how the staff went above and beyond to help!

Women, watch out! You will not be treated well in this store. It is meant to cater to men, and women are actively discouraged from spending money in the store.

It may have been related to the off-peak time I was there, but getting knowledgeable help was very easy and the store was clean and well organized. Would definitely shop there again for my hardware needs.

Bought a lamp, lightbulb, molding for a door, screws, nails, and sandpaper without assistance. I declined assistance since the aisles are clearly marked, and well stocked. Completed every item I went for, and the lamp was on clearance sale. Prices competitive to rival stores.

Carson from the flooring department went above and beyond to help me with choosing and buying a piece of flooring. He was very knowledgable and patient and provided excellent customer service!

Came in for a part for our fridge and had a great experience. Everything was easy to find. There were so many employees that were extremely helpful, which feels rare these days, it feels like most retail stores skimp on staff. Got to spin a wheel for prizes and handed free popcorn, which we didn't expect.

From the second, I walked in Tony Who was overseeing the self checkout registers welcomed me asked if there was anything he could help me with which still happens. I needed help with purchasing my refills of my 5 gallon waters. He entered in the computer. He stepped away. When I turned around he had went on his own and got me a cart. wait it didn’t end there then he proceeded to help me load them into the shopping cart, mine blown I’ve never received this kind of service ever actually me and him bonded while he was helping me over the fact that he’s a Dodgers fan as I am too! His Spanish is really great. He made me laugh very charismatic, very kind energy I just had to say thank you normally I wouldn’t take the time to do these surveys simply because your user ID and password is a bit obnoxious. Please simplify that, but he obviously wild me and I had to let you guys know how impressed, satisfied and happy I am of his service.

Louis was very kind at St Louis Park Home Depot.

The St. Louis Park Home Depot store has a ton of cool merchandise, is clean, and the employees are great. I have purchased in the last year an LG range, washing machine and stand-alone air conditioner. The value was there a long with timely delivery.

I have found over time that I am most likely to consistently find what I’m looking for at this store. Staff is always friendly and willing to help answer any questions that assist in finding a product or deciding what to do about a problem you may be trying to resolve.

I purchased an exterior pole/light for my home remodeling project. The items were stylish and unique. The service from the team at the St. Louis Park store was amazing. In particular, Louis made the experience so enjoyable. He has great "dad jokes" too!

I’ve been remodeling so visiting this locationnearly everyday. The associates are proactive, friendly and knowledgeable. I find shopping here very pleasant. That said, I don’t recommend using any services that require special orders and install. Once the order leaves the store everything falls apart! My recent carpet order was an absolute nightmare and although the employees were sympathetic no one would take responsibility or offer solutions. I need new appliances and window coverings but there is no way I’m taking another chance with Home Depot special orders.

We were able to find two replacement appliances for a great deal while being helped by two friendly and professional Home Depot Team members. Great Home Depot!!!

I left some of my purchased items at the register and the cashier stopped me from losing that money!

I bought this today and am so glad I did.

Consistent satisfaction with products and service. Have purchased flooring and now counter tops, and services that come with the project. Have never been disappointed. Installs have gone smoothly. Always appraised if a glitch. Products are consistent in quality and promised results. Last service interaction with sales associate was exceptional (he caught a glitch in the system that actually charged us $1K more than he originally gave….worked around the glitch noted it in the system, cleared how he did it with the manager, and returned us to the original amount…we could have been charged the $1K more if it were not for this intervention). And, glad to always go there.

What a wonderful day at St.Louis Park's HOME DEPOT location today. We haven't had such a wonderful experience in an awfully long time. Their employees helped us get in and out of the store very quickly as our bathroom sink was needing a fast do-it-yourself repair job. They did it in what I call lightening time and very efficiently. A HAPPY CAMPER

Joe at this location in flooring was incredibly helpful and helped me solve a really challenging kitchen floor situation that I was stressing over. I was extremely happy that he helped me come up with an option that will not only be fairly easy to install and clean and looks beautiful, but it was at a great price too!

I have shopped at several DIY stores, but this is the best.

The store had all items I needed. Tim at the checkout was great.

Denise was fantastic. She was right there waiting to help us looks at refrigerators. She answered all our questions, shared opinions and was pretty funny! Great experience.
