Staff was very helpful with assistance and service.

Do not try to get flooring from this store! It is hard to find someone to help, then they give misinformation, use the wrong product for the estimate, add products and labor fees you did not need or request which increased the in-store estimate by over $1,000.00. We're going elsewhere for our flooring. And, we wasted $50.00 for their overmeasurement.

This store is so much better than your HP store on Sunrise.The only suggestion I have is that if an employee can't correctly answer your question he should be honest and find someone else that would have the correct solution.

The employees working in lumber are super helpful and in good spirits! Also the cashier Athar is super friendly and knows his stuff! Great experience. Thank you guys!

As alays I had a good experience at Home Depot. Despite these trying times and the restrictions placed on the store, the emplolyees handle the changes efficiently and with apparent ease. "Good Job" to the service folk and clerks.

Always clean with pleasant and helpful staff. Rarely do I have a less than good experience at this store.

JJ in Appliances is exceptional, patient, knowledgable and very customer centric. We had given up hope after shopping at a well know competitor that we would have a good experience shopping for a refrigerator, but JJ outshined Competitor hands down

The staff here was so helpful and knowledgeable! I was trying to buy 5 large planter pots and there were only 3. Adrian helped determine that the nearby Lincoln, CA store had the same pots.(He wasn't even assigned to work in the Garden Center that day - he was moving stock around.) He got a flatbed cart for me and leaded the 3 pots. I went in to the Service Desk, paid for my pots, then the clerk, Angel, phoned Lincoln so I could have 2 matching pots held. As I was leaving with the flatbed cart, Bob was walking by and offered to help me out to my car and load the 3 pots. Great shopping experience! The staff member at Lincoln was wonderful too, and I got my 2 matching pots!

The parking is good.

We recently had three estimates on kitchen cabinet remodel in our Granite Bay home, including the Home Depot in on Stanford ranch and these guys just destroyed the competition no comparison at all. The person who did the estimate was awesome they walked me through the process and did a great estimate. I haven't received the cabinets yet when I do I'll write a another review.

The associates have always be very helpful. If I do ask a question to and associate who does not know the answer always point to where I could help or help me find someone who could assist me.

I have shopped at Home Depot for years. I spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot stores for construction and business needs. However, due to some problems with their return system I'm unable to even return an item for $10 with a valid receipt and a valid credit card purchase charge. In addition all of my purchases are recorded under my PRO Rewards account. It's such a hassle to shop at Home Depot nowadays.

Most of the employee are very polite, friendly and helpful especially when U compare to the stores in Bay Area, California. Most of the employee in Bay Area are not friendly and helpful. Some of them even very rude.

Most of the employees of this store couldn't be bothered to...well, do anything that a customer might need help with. Only one exception so far...Monique. She is the only employee who has gone out of her way to help! THANK YOU MONIQUE! Try calling this store for any reason. Either they won't answer or they drop the calls in mid-transfer...which means they just hang up instead of trying to transfer the call. Try going into this store on a Saturday about 11:00 a.m. and finding help. After asking and being told to "wait in this line" for about 1/2 hour (which line has no one attending to it so obviously the line is not moving) you might want to ask again why no one is helping anyone. If you do ask the MOD he tells you that no one is in that department until at least 11:30 a.m., so you can wait or come back later! Seriously? How 'bout I shop elsewhere instead? The only reason we came in today was because another store was out of an item we needed, and this store had it. That's where Monique came in and saved the day by answering her phone, finding the item we needed, and holding it for us to come in and pick it up!

There is always someone to help me find the aisle and product I'm looking for. Always seem to be knowledgeable.

If you are trying to navigate this store with a large cart good luck. Provided you can even find one in the first place. The amount of wing stacks everywhere is absurd and makes it impossible to get from one side of the store to the other. Besides at the contractor door all of the self check out lanes are blocked by everything from man lifts to pallets of crap.

Building a fence and went to HDepot for all of my supplies. We were in and out, able to load directly into the truck, and working on the job in no time. All of the items were in stock and had the BEST cashier. Jeannine gave me a few options how I could save $$$ on the project. No doubt we will be returning to this Roseville location.
