These guys go the extra mile every time i go there. Greeted with a smile. Employees walk by and ask if you need help and they actually do it.

This store has let about 10 men stay in the parking lot and by the exits asking to help people with their purchase now the amount of men has grown to 25 to 30 adult men running up to you to be 1st to get to you and try and help you load your car. this is unnerving and unsafe my wife and daughter and I will not be shopping at this Home Depot we will shop at another Home Center on Staten Island.

Rashied and Brandon made my entire day today. They helped me more than they know and I’m so appreciative for that, puts a little hope back knowing there are still good people in the world

Ive always been very satisfied with everything I've ever bought for my home or yard from homedepot.

This is my go to store, as it is close to my home. I especially love the Garden Center they have a large variety of plants/flowers and employees are always eager to help. Store is clean and neat.

The workers there go above and beyond to help out I was totally stunned and impressed and made my shopping experience even better.

Clayton was very pleasant and very helpful during my experience. Evelyn was just as pleasant. I found everything I was looking for. Would definitely come here again if I needed anything else.

I came to this store for a few boxes of drum liners, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies. Home Depot associate Clayton helped me when I couldn’t find the items on my list. He also checked the price of a grill I wanted to purchase and read me the details because I forgot my glasses in the car. He was friendly, greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed help. He even helped to put items in the cart. This made my shopping experience so much better.

Despite walking through the entire store, assistance was notably scarce. Shelves, disappointingly, either held scant inventory or the wrong items altogether. Inquiries about availability often resulted in either negative responses or attributions to an inaccurate system, leaving me with no viable options. The combination of sparse assistance and inaccurate inventory information created a frustrating shopping experience, amplifying the struggle to find desired items.

I went to grab a shopping cart, but the manager said they were all stolen, which was frustrating. So, I ended up lugging my items around until I found one of those heavy-duty carts. After wandering through the entire store, I realized they didn't have what I was looking for. I opted for the self-checkout to avoid the long lines at the registers and just get out without wasting any more time.

This store is not good, service is lacking and no good products available. I wouldn't shop here again.

Hui was very rude, obnoxious, and disrespectfully. I am a former veteran and back in my days when you ask a question you either answer yes or no. This person simply ignores you as if you don't exist. Never have I felt so uncomfortable in my life. Respect the people that served your country please.

No expectations, if I don't have to come to home depot. I think I would rather not come. Service is average and product that I am looking is rarely there or available. Or if it is available I have to wait like over 15-20 minutes just for someone to get it from up top or somewhere.

This store feels incredibly lacking to the point where it's challenging to navigate through for a productive shopping experience. The shelves seem barren, leaving me at a loss as I struggle to find the items I need. It's frustrating to compromise on purchases simply because the store doesn't stock what I require. It's like trying to piece together a shopping list from an almost empty inventory, forcing me to settle for items that might not meet my original needs or preferences. Walking into this store with the intention of purchasing garbage flooring, paint, and lumber feels like stepping into an empty void of disappointment. Each aisle I explore seems devoid of the very items I came here for. It's almost comically disheartening to realize that what I need simply doesn't exist in this store's inventory.

First thing I notice is no carts. Please even the super market has carts and home depot doesn't? Second I know it's the holidays and you guys are trying to sell christmas stuff, but please stock on the regular tools, kits and other hardware supplies. I mean at the end of the day you guys are still a hardware store first and foremost. Last, I never thought I would say this but it's kind of creepy how the people her is either rude one day and then overly friendly the next and then back to rude?!

I came to garbage bales and you have nothing. I came to buy fencing nothing. I needed countertops and still nothing. It's like whatever I need you guys just simply have nothing. Not to mention what website on hand accuracy is so off and none of the workers know anything.

Small and compact store with a very poor selection of merchandise. No shopping carts, except the heavy duty ones. There is generally not much stuff on the shelves as they are empty. Majority staff is either non existent or too busy packing out. An last long register lines with a not so friendly cashier. Overall not a good experience.

Thankfully I was able to find what I needed quickly. Pedro helped me out and speeded up my visit with his assistance. Thanks Pedro.

I bought paint, and some handy tools from the Home Depot, and I’m so satisfied with the quality. They well serve the purpose. Sorry that I couldn’t show the pictures now.

Needed help in the lumber section and the guys would consistently tell me that he is too busy and give him some time. Honestly, don’t you guys realize my time is just as valuable. I just wanted to come in and buy what I needed and then get out and not waste my time looking around playing hide and seek. Worst of all none of the people here know where anything is as well.

This store has no shopping carts, I everytime I shop here I literally have to hold all my items or just don’t buy anything at all. The selection here is poor, there is either something or there is nothing. Cash register lines are long and take forever. Not to mention the employees are all rude and disrespectful, especially the security guards that give you so much trouble after paying.

The place either has nobody, or to much individuals that just walk around pretending they are working, but occasionally you might still might one good worker than can help you. Good Luck shopping here!

I am so pleased with the customer service in this store, specifically with the two employees who helped me and cut some plywood into sheets I could easily transport.

Too many migrants pushing themselves into assisting in loading your purchases into your vehicle. Make it a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation.

I don't understand why every morning there is always so much freight on the floor and why there has to be so much movement, can't we just come in and shop in peace. An forget about shopping at night, the place is literally a ghost town. No employees to help, no cashier's to check out, and no items on the shelves. I know this is one of the smaller home depot's, but you guys are still a big box store. Why does the atmosphere here sometimes feels like shopping at rite aid or some small plaza store managed by just 1 cashier. So, many open boxes, missing parts, and packages. As a shopper I want to buy new and fresh items, not something a million other people has tampered with already. Better display locations and create more space to walk. As for the only thing that went well this week, is that I didn't have to see or deal with that new manager Hui. This is only reason I am even given this store 2 stars.
